Love wild caught, we wont eat farm raised, price was a bit more than i think is good but all food prices have risen due to current administration ruining our country

I love it - I have to make sure of the use by dates because when I don't it's sometimes not as fresh obviously and has that fish smell that fresh fish should NOT have

A very clean, and fresh tasting fish with great texture, just what you would expect. I like the fact the fish is vacuum sealed for freshness and too makes it easy to freeze.

I love the black cod offered but would prefer it stay frozen for my convenience . even if I need it that day, thawing is relatively easy compared to re freezing . Especially like that its Alaskan Cod

I purchased this product hoping for the best. It was really good. I did not cook it right away and it still tasted super fresh with no fishy fish stank.

Referring to the frozen filets, we stopped buying the NEW brand offered after 3 purchases due to the poor quality of the filets. Discolored and chewy inedible pieces. Now we buy the fresh cod and cut our own filets. The new brand is not good at all

Nice firm texture, excellent flavor and fair price. We bought a fair sized amount and cut into three separate dinner portions. Three meals of great Cod for a fair price.

Worst smelling fish. This is the 2nd time this Cod smelled absolutely horrible. I let the first one slide, but not this time. Will never buy fresh seafood again from Sam's.
