I have used my an w Nov 1014 it now makes an annoying noise. Take all day to fill up with ice. Not impressed!

Ice maker was very easy to set up. Only downfall that I have seen so far is that I am unable to turn off the light in the ice bin

Makes ice fast and is so easy to use. Distilled Ice works the best as no need to clean the closed system

LOVE soft nugget ice! It did not fit on our counter under our cupboards but fit perfectly on our bar cart! Score!

We have only had this appliance for a few days, but so far it has performed great! Lots of ice, looks nice on the counter and is easy to use.

Had the same unit for years and love it. With a family of five, it gets used. After 5 great years, replaced with with the same unit.

After cleaning this weekly, with bleach and vinegar per instructions, the inside house is moldy. It’s disgusting! I use filtered water too!

I am so excited for the soft ice in this unit. I love the extra reservoir. It was so easy to set up and clean.
