[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a nugget ice maker for a LONG time so I was excited to finally get one. First impressions: It’s a little bigger than I expected but not bad, looks really pretty and seems well made. Set up was easy, although the manual is a general one, regardless of the model of ice maker, so some of it requires using your own common sense. The ice making process is QUICK, within 15 minutes of starting the ice process I already had a few ice nuggets drop into the bin. The ice is perfect size (and texture) for drinks but I wouldn’t use it in a shaker or to keep things cold in a cooler. The machine is a little loud…basically sounds like a mini fridge/freezer, but it’s in the kitchen and doesn’t really bother me. All in all, this seems like a solid product and I hope it lasts longer than some of the reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker was super easy to set up! I couldn’t hook it to our water supply so having the water tank was a big help! It literally only took a few hours for it to produce the ice. And the little crunchable cubes are great!

I love it!! My daughter has one and I loved and bought myself one.

We love our ice machine! We now have the good ice!

Wish it held more ice and is quite loud at start up.

So far so good! Right now I’m waiting for ice. Fairly easy to setup!

This ice maker is great! The side tank is a must when owning this ice maker. We have been having so much extra ice that we have been storing extra in our deepfreezer.

The OPAL Ice maker is the perfect countertop ice maker for those that love crushed ice! And really, who doesn’t love crushed ice! It makes plenty and stays full!

Installed our machine almost two months ago. We love it! Makes plenty of ice, perfect every time. Only down side is required weekly cleaning, however, having the ice is worth the trouble. We feel this was a great purchase for us.
