Member's Mark Australian Frenched Lamb Rack, Vacuum Pack, priced per pound

I was disappointed with this product. Extremely fatty. More so than lamb I’ve purchased before at SAMS.

More Fat than Meat

While cooking, it was so stinking that the whole house turned out to an awful place to live for an hour.

Please Don't Sell Gone Off Things

When we tried to cook this rack of lamb the next day that we purchased it we had to throw it away it was spoiled.

Delicious lamb

Season with Salt and Pepper. Blend Olive oil, garlic, fresh parsley and rosemary in processor coat whole rack 450 degree oven 15 minutes. Cut individual chops and eat like a lollypop! Excellent.

Favorite Holiday Meal or Appetizer

Please go back to New Zeland lamb. The meat tastes much better

New Zeland lamb is better than Australian lamb

I’ve been buying and enjoying these bad boys about a year now and my family and I love them! We usually pickup about 12-16 Racks whenever we re-up and basically add them to every meal 🥘. 
However, don’t know what’s going on or what happened but over the last few meals we’ve  made we usually bake about 3 Racks per meal  and 1 or sometimes 2 of them have this Awful, Disgusting, and utter Gross Stench 🤢😷. I tried calling in to speak with a representative about this but was told to return them to the store. I’m currently bagging those one up, and storing them in the freezer while I go through them all for a refund. It’s interesting to see how Sam’s Club is going to handle this! I’ll for sure circle back with an update.

Was absolutely delicious until it wasn’t.

The best lamb chops I’ve had so far. I can usually only get them frozen. So being able to get on fresh with a big win. They cooked up good and they tasted amazing.
