The best lamb chops I’ve had so far. I can usually only get them frozen. So being able to get on fresh with a big win. They cooked up good and they tasted amazing.

My husband and I and all of our guests love Sam's Club rack of lamb...it's more tender than other lamb parts, and we never have any leftovers! You can't find rack of lamb in many other grocery stores so why bother looking anywhere else!

I butcher my rack of lamb, marinade, then cook in butter with thyme, rosemary, olive oil, fresh garlic, salt & pepper, and serve with a chimmichurri sauce.

This is definitely NOT mutton! I like the classic shopped garlic, salt, pepper and oregano on a rub of EVO. High oven, 425-degrees, 25 minutes for a nice medium to medium rare delight. Well worth the price for the quality, price and ease of preparation with a delightful finish.

This rack of lamb is much better than the ones Sam’s used to sell. The meat is very tender and there is not nearly as much fat as the previous kind that could be found at Sam’s.

I always love quality of the lamb chops at Sam’s. They great herb and garlic seasoned and grilled. The only problem is the cost of lamb chops has risen so high they come in a single rack for the same price as the doubled pack was. The double pack which is no longer sold.

This lamb was not frenched s as it used to be. I ended up having to butcher silver skin and excess fat cap. I want some fat but this fat was ridiculous. All of the butchering and is bad lately and calling some meat Sam’s ClubPrime not USDA prone is false advertising… my prime steak has to be returned because it was select grade or maybe choice, but definitely not prime. I will not be buying red meat from Sam’s until you get better butchers and meat graders

I buy these all the time, but once in a while I get one or two that smells so bad that even bugs will stay away from it. The problem is, you never know what you are getting, until you unseal it and face death in the face.

These are not as favorable as the New Zealand ones are. I would have rather Sam's Club had continued to sell the old kind. Also, these are sold with one in a pack and not 2 like the New Zealand ones were. :(

I’ve been buying and enjoying these bad boys about a year now and my family and I love them! We usually pickup about 12-16 Racks whenever we re-up and basically add them to every meal 🥘. However, don’t know what’s going on or what happened but over the last few meals we’ve made we usually bake about 3 Racks per meal and 1 or sometimes 2 of them have this Awful, Disgusting, and utter Gross Stench 🤢😷. I tried calling in to speak with a representative about this but was told to return them to the store. I’m currently bagging those one up, and storing them in the freezer while I go through them all for a refund. It’s interesting to see how Sam’s Club is going to handle this! I’ll for sure circle back with an update.
