Most of the racks had a lot of fat and not much meat. I had to go through most of them to find acceptable. The ones I chose were ok and tasted great after I prepared them.

This Australian lamb was not the same quality (and taste) as the New Zealand lamb I've been getting at Sam's over the past few years. (Different label and different supplier.) I think the New Zealand lamb label indicated "Thomas Farms"?

I buy these all the time, but once in a while I get one or two that smells so bad that even bugs will stay away from it. The problem is, you never know what you are getting, until you unseal it and face death in the face.

I agree with the other reviews. Sam’s Club used to Carrie New Zealand racks of lamb two racks in one package for about $20-$25 now they have one rack for the same price and it’s from Australia and it’s not the same. I can get that at Aldi’s I’m very disappointed in Sam’s

Fantastic item. I trimmed through the rib section and then I marinated them in citrus for about 6 hrs. I grilled it to perfection.
