I had the rack of lamb for Easter dinner. It was so tender and tasty.

Very bad smell after taking out of the package, not better even with rinsing and taking the fat off

The lamb chops were very smelly, the freezer may need to be turn down

Great on the grill. I separated the bones before grilling. A little seasoning and a brief grilling.
