Very bad smell after taking out of the package, not better even with rinsing and taking the fat off

Great price. We keep these in our freezer. Yes, lamb is kind of a luxury but it is a quick protein for dinner with a few sides.

The butcher does not process meat correctly, leaving excess blood in the packages that most of times causes rancid smell

Found this by accident. My BF loves lamb and this was a great price with a $5 coupon on top of that.

It smells which is expected because of the lamb, but I wash them and marinate for 24h for BBQ, it is very soft and delicious.

OMG delicious. Put it in the air fryer on the roast setting at 250 for 25 to 35 mins. Turn it to the air fry setting and turn it up to 400 for 5 to 10 mins. I like mine medium rare. Please temp your rack while cooking to make sure you dont overcook it.
