Bought this ffor when grandkids visit and happy I did. The goal is very easy to adjust up and down so all sizes of kids can enjoy playing! The box came with incorrect part but I called customer service and Ryan sent the correct part that day-great service and concern for customer satisfaction! Recommend Highly!

Finally, I have received my required parts on May 20. It took a month to arrive. Don’t know why? I have been patiently waiting since April 18. The last call (3rd call) I have made was on May 14 to check where the parts are. Each time, I have to wait for 40 minutes to an hour to have someone answer the phone. Although, the customer service person is polite and courteous. Just like other customer’s review, the instruction is not clear and complete. So is the APP. It doesn’t show you all the step pictures (APP) from scratch to the end. Lifetime should treat your each customer is first time buyer (installer) and doesn’t know anything about this product. Lastly, I have problem to tighten the ADS screw. Because of several time of screw and unscrew, it makes the hole slightly enlarge. Can you send me 2 screw which are slightly large size than ADS? Thank you for your service.

I bought this about a month ago now, and my kids love playing with it. However, I'm not sure how long it will last. We purchased this and then assembled it the same day. While assembling it we found that the base is extremely flimsy. We worried if and how long it will actually support the pole and hoop. We figured that perhaps once it was filled it would work better but it did not. When we stood it upright, the base cracked! While we were filling it, we noticed that it was already broken and had additional holes in it where the water leaked out. It is not sealed tight! So now in order to use this basketball hoop, we have to keep a bag of sand on top of it to keep it from falling over and I'm not sure how long it will last. I only keep it up because my kids love it so.

This Lifetime basketball hoop is just awful. About one hour into the assembly of the first hoop I bought, a part broke. I returned the entire hoop to the store and picked up a second hoop. Two hours into the assembly of that hoop, I found that a part was missing. Headed back to the store for the third time in three days to see if I can open a box and get the one part I’m missing. Please consider another brand when looking for a basketball hoop.

Hi I just bought this system and tomorrow I want to assemble it but the directions are pretty intense and I was wondering did lifetime ever get around to updating a video for customers to help put the LIFETIME ADJUSTABLE PORTABLE BASKETBALL HOOP (50-INCH POLYCARBONATE) Model: 71566 together becouse the instructions are not that good and confusing. But the hoop set up looks amazing and I just want to put it together for my kids without missing a step or using the wrong screws or something and have to take it all apart again. Assembly was long but nothing I couldn't handle. However, it's impossible to clip it on the last clip to make it 10'. The bolt comes up about 1/4" short.

Had it for 2 days so far. Assembly was not too bad (3-4 hrs with mostly just me and my 6 & 8 year old boys helping). I like the 54” full size backboard. Time will tell if it’s durable.

I have had this hoop for a long time now and haven't had any problems with it. The adjustment still works great and it has never broken. I highly suggest this hoop to put in your yard for the kids to play on.

I bought this basketball net and everything was great but the instructions were very poorly illustrated and were very hard to follow. That’s why I give it a four out of five star.
