Time consuming to assemble and you do need help on a few of the steps. Great directions, sturdy construction, easy to adjust height.

I bought this for my son and all the parts where not in the box. I called customer service and they sent us all the parts no questions asked.

Instructions were simple and this thing is a tank if you actually fill it with the recommended amount of sand plus some extra bags on top. While instructions are simple it still will take a few hours because it’s so solid.

Definitely need two sturdy people to assemble. Must look at videos on assembly and must carefully read manual. Make sure of alignment especially of poles before slamming pole sections together

A screw broke during assembly and now I can’t unscrew the other piece so I’m stuck. Was excited to use the hoop. Hopefully customer service can assist me during the week.

We bought the hoop for our kids to shoot around in the driveway. It's super sturdy and the larger backboard helps avoid too many stray balls. With the kids being different heights the easy to use action grip handle to adjust hoops height is brilliant. Only improvement I would suggest is providing better assembly instructions.

Customer Service went above and beyond for me and sending us a part we needed to fix our basket.
