This is so much the best coffee that I keep on rediscovering how much I love it every time I have a cup. Every once in a while, I'll think: surely there must be other coffee out there. But then, after I try other blends, I'm always surprised how good my coffee tastes once I switch back to Major Dickason's. It's just the best coffee.

We discovered Peet's when we lived in California for a brief period. I have ordered the coffee online every since we moved back to Texas. I was so excited to find it in Sam's. This blend is our family favorite, and we now serve it from our Food Truck.

Major Dickason's is hands down my favorite coffee. I had my first cup in a cooking class at Sur La Table, it was so good I found out the name of the company and placed my first order. That was 18 years ago and I have been a faithful follower of Peets coffee ever since. Major Dickason's is smooth, flavorful and robust. The beans are roasted not burnt, like most coffees. I try many of Peets special coffee offerings but I always have a pound of Major Dickason's in my pantry.

This is my one daily connection to my Bay Area roots. The fact that it gets delivered freshly roasted and ground really gives me the feeling that I’m going to a real East Bay Peet’s even though I’m in Orlando Florida. I love everything about this coffee and this subscription service and I really appreciate that you do it.

My new go-to roast for my espresso machine. Makes amazing coffee and/or espresso every single time. Definitely on the stronger side, which is what I like. The difference when you compare the grounds of this coffee to other brands is day/night. I never purchase subscriptions but this I just had to get auto-shipped. Definitely recommend!

I love this coffee! It's dark and smokey without being bitter. A daily treat for me as a pour-over! The service you offer is really great as well. Someday, I will sample other coffees, but for now, I am content. Just wish I could sample Peets in a store here in Eugene, OR.

I have tried all sorts of coffee blends and always come back to Major D’s. It is so smooth, bold and not nearly as acidic tasting as a French roast. I do put a bit of half and half in my coffee, but no other flavors or sweeteners. Major D’s is the perfect drinking coffee, no doctoring needed!

My husband and I absolutely loved Peet's dark roast. We always buy our coffee beans at Sam's but decided to mix up our routine and buy Peet's instead of our normal blend of dark. We prefer a low acidic brew. We will definitely purchase Peet's again!

I loved my wife's Keurig version of this coffee so much, I ordered the beans. No matter what grind I use, or brewing method (drip, Italian, etc.) this has very little resemblance to the Keurig version. It is much less aromatic, and has none of the great taste the Keurig version has. What went wrong?

After trying so many different brands of coffee, including Illy and Lavazza, for my Jura expresso machine, I found Major Dickinsons' to be the best of all. I like its strong flavor and the fact that it is not bitter. I also see the quality of the coffee beans used since other brands I tried, including Italian ones, included cracked beans. I also like the fact that by subscribing to it, I receive freshly roasted coffee vs. buying it in a store and being months old.
