This has been my Peet’s go-to for some fifteen years. Either my taste buds have changed or it has, but Major Dickason’s doesn’t quite have the richness I originally experienced with it. Recently purchased a Technivorm Moccamaster and it brings out the earthy chocolate I love. A good coffeemaker is key.

Peets coffee is the best and we drink coffee every day. I'm so happy Sam's offers this variety at such a fantastic price point. Coffee is expensive at most retailers but Sam's makes it easier for coffee fans to enjoy what they love with a great price and a more for your $.

You can never go wrong with the Major! All of our friends and family comment how wonderful our espresso is and I’ve gotten them all hooked! Our family drinks ALOT of espresso/coffee and the Major is always in the hopper - bold & flavorful, never bitter, it’s been a staple for us since 2006! Have yet to find a better roast.

I forgot how good this tasted! When I lived in Seattle Peet's was ubiquitous. It was always my fave coffee & coffee shop for the 16 years I lived in Seattle. Now it's 10 years later and 3000 miles distance, not a Peet's to be found. Thank goodness for the Interwebs! Been a while since I had a cup of Major D. I'm so glad I bought it. I'm a very dark (roast) kind of guy. This works well for my tastebuds. I couldn't tell you if it has notes of cigarette ash & shoe leather or dark chocolate & blueberries. I just know I want more every time I drink it black. Major Yum!

Excellent in all ways! Always! I won't ever buy any other coffee in any other form! I've been "addicted" since coming to southern California, Orange County in 1982 from the Boston area, only decent enough to tolerate was rare to find because when I was a kid, my grandmother made the coffee that had to be tilted from the cup onto a saucer to sort out the grounds!

Major Dickason is my all time favorite. It’s simply the best coffee I have ever had! I was first introduced to it when I lived in Portland. We got fresh coffee every week! We live in Phoenix, AZ now. I miss going to the Peet’s store, but I can order it.

Would go with a 4.5 if allowed. This is the coffee my wife and I prefer, since our previous coffee roaster went out of business. The "flavor profile" is listed as earth, spice, and everything. It does not taste like dirt or rocks, so not earth. Which spice? Not basil, thyme, chili, garlic, etc. I have yet to detect a spice. Not sure what "everything" mean. If it mean coffee flavor, yes it tastes like coffee. It tastes like it smells - coffee. (We have an automatic expresso machine the grinds whole bean.)

We recently moved out of California and were dearly missing our favorite coffee at Peet’s. So thankful Sam’s Club has this brand and the Major Dickason’s blend available in store and online. Rich, deep, flavorful, full bodied roast that makes a great cup of perfect cold brew or a French Press.

Major Dickson is one of my favorite coffees. The online process of ordering Peet's Coffee is simple and straight forward. By purchasing online my coffee is always just days from having been roasted and processed, rather the the weeks to months with the coffee bought in stores.

First and foremost, it’s delicious. A friend recommended this and I’m glad she did. I like strong coffee and use a blend of two creamers, but I want the flavor of my coffee to come through and this blend made my morning coffee pop! I love this flavor and have a feeling I’m going to be addicted to it.
