Love the coffee, hate the sams service level

received this coffee today and the bag was almost 2 months past date. In the midst of this pandemic and the great boon to hit the grocery business and they can turn their stock properly? I am surprised Peets, who is very protective of their product, would allow this. I certainly wont buy perishables from Sams again

Having oil on beans is a natural occurrence from coffee beans being roasted. Extremely dark roast coffees such as French and Italian Roast will be more oily than others. If you're looking for less oily beans I would suggest trying a medium roast.
