Generator came promptly and undamaged. They say it is quiet and it is. Think it is even quieter than my Honda 2000. Overall great product

I purchased this portable generator after a black out. Very quick start up. The user manual is better than the quick start guide. The shut down on the quick start guide makes no sense. Overall, I am very happy with purchase
