Poor quality

Wood is light weight and marks up extremely easy. Small forts compared to Gorilla brand. Instructions were backwards or told you to undo things. Kids bounce up off slide. Swing beam held to fort with just 2 screws. Space under short fort not usable. Need shutters on window by stovetop so the rain wont eat away the stickers. Wouldnt get another one of this brand.

They loved it!

We purchased this for our daughters, ages 4, 7, and 8 for Christmas this year. The girls love it but the assembly was very time consuming. We wanted it assembled and in our yard on Christmas morning. It took my husband and another guy, both construction type guys, two full days in our shed plus 4 hours on Christmas eve after the girls went to bed to get it assembled. It is a great product, but be prepared for the assembly.

Sturdy Playset

Well designed cedar playset. Very sturdy when completed and the grand kids love it. The instructions need to be more specific and fine tuned for assembly. There were several areas that did not make good sense and the sequence was less than efficient.As the fine prints states, the entire set has to be sealed to insure the warranty applies. This process required 3 gallons of outdoor oil sealant and literally took an entire day w/ four adults working on it. The required assembly time was greatly under estimated, @ 20+ hours for two adults. We easily spent in excess of 50+ hours to do it well.

We purchased this for our grandchildren and what a mistake that was. Wood was dry and cracking right out of the box. Hardware was a complete mess. Missing parts and many leftover parts as well. Over priced for what received.

Tweets, We realize that our products come a long way from home as they are manufactured in China so we offer a warranty that will replace any or all parts that are cracked or broken at no charge for 30 days and then wood parts prorated over the next five year. Plastic and metal parts have a one full year warranty. Our sets are ASTM safety tested so when assembled to manufacture specs your family will get years of enjoyment. We do require the customer to put on a good sealant that protects the wood form peeling and cracking due to weather elements and it is a key part of the warranty. Should you need help with choosing a sealant we recommend you check with your local hardware store. We do not seal our products because what sealant that works in Arizona would not work in South Dakota.
