Well designed cedar playset. Very sturdy when completed and the grand kids love it. The instructions need to be more specific and fine tuned for assembly. There were several areas that did not make good sense and the sequence was less than efficient.As the fine prints states, the entire set has to be sealed to insure the warranty applies. This process required 3 gallons of outdoor oil sealant and literally took an entire day w/ four adults working on it. The required assembly time was greatly under estimated, @ 20+ hours for two adults. We easily spent in excess of 50+ hours to do it well.

We bought this set for our kids. The set looked particularly small when it was delivered as it showed up in 4 boxes. However the parts are not in any particular order so it is time consuming finding all letters and numbers. Also had a hard time figuring some out as they were doubled stamped making 5 to look like 8 and so on. The biggest fit we had was that we didn't receive enough bolts. After 2 separate trips to the hardware store for missing bolts and 3 missing boards the set is now complete. It took us 4 nights with 4 people to put this set together, working around 4 hours a night on it. However it is together now and the kids are happy and play on it nightly!

We purchased this for our daughters, ages 4, 7, and 8 for Christmas this year. The girls love it but the assembly was very time consuming. We wanted it assembled and in our yard on Christmas morning. It took my husband and another guy, both construction type guys, two full days in our shed plus 4 hours on Christmas eve after the girls went to bed to get it assembled. It is a great product, but be prepared for the assembly.

So I bought it when it first arrived I opened all 4 boxes counted all bolts and boards made sure they were all accounted for! That being said some of our boards were not labeled!! I highly recommend you follow the app instructions and not the paper book instructions!!! Lots of our boards were split and warped so we had to do our best and improvise! It did I fact take at least 20hrs to put together!! You will infact need other tools that’s not listed! So far our has held up through a few storms we have it anchored! We did have to make a couple modifications to the little club house windows and the upper club house latter access! Because we have a 2yr old and he definitely could have fallen through now he have taken safety measures to prevent that! The slide could be better I don’t prefer the way it went together and it didn’t even slide well until we put turtle wax on it! I do feel like the upper porch needs a middle support so we will be adding a middle support! Overall my kids love this play set I have a 2yr old and 11yr old!

My kids love this swing set/ club house combo. Quality of material is as expected for price. Takes a few days to assemble and must have two people at a time to help (good thing my husband has been in the trades for 20 years). Instruction manual is pretty advanced and lacks good description. Beware of delivery it says free, but if you do not have a way to get 4- 200 lb boxes out of the back of a freight truck they charge you $170 to use the tailgate lift and they will just drop it off at driveway.

We purchased this swingset for our 5 and 2 year old children. Our children love the swingset they have played on it constantly. We had a handyman configure the playset and it took him a few days. I feel like he would moved faster if he had someone assisting him. You will need a large open area for this playset. My kiddos are on the smaller end of 5 and 2 and this playset fits them perfectly. This playset is not equipped to handle much older children. I'm 5'2 and I can hardly climb in the smaller playhouse. For the price we are satisfied with the playset!

Wood is light weight and marks up extremely easy. Small forts compared to Gorilla brand. Instructions were backwards or told you to undo things. Kids bounce up off slide. Swing beam held to fort with just 2 screws. Space under short fort not usable. Need shutters on window by stovetop so the rain wont eat away the stickers. Wouldnt get another one of this brand.

I thought having two landings that this structure would be big but it is tiny and cramped. The boards aren’t always stamped on the correct side to hide the board identification so every so often we have a board with a blue piece number showing. They also in directions aren’t very clear about positional and if you over look something about board placement with guide holes wrong you have to go back and redo it when five steps later those holes aren’t there. they should stamp board directionally. Always on top on back vs random stamps on opposite sides and bottoms top design. If they were always stamped on top and back positioning of boards would never be wrong and stamps would be hidden upon completion. Save your money. This is not worth $1200+ dollars. After putting together you have to pay for sealant or your warranty is voided too.

I paid a considerable amount of money for a Quality-Cedar Wood playground set only to received a cheap version of a slide. What a disappointment as the slide is the highlight of most every playground. Instead of being one solid component it comes as a long flat flimsy piece of plastic requiring multiple sections and pieces be added to it to create the illusion of a slide. I have seen older versions of this set and they came with real slides, so I thought I knew what I was getting when I made the purchase. I had done my homework. Joke is on me, now I have to go buy a slide.

I bought this with the hopes that due to its price it was going to be a good product...Well lets just say not even close. The package came all destroyed and tore up but we needed it for a Christmas Gift so we got to town on opening it and putting it together.. Over 50% of all the wood had defects ( Cracks, Splits, Ect. ) Very very disappointed... I got this with the excitement that all of my kids could play on it, well...... only my 2 year old can play on it because when my 7 and 8 year old get on it it seams as if it may break...... Not worth the money spent!!!!!
