We thought this was maybe going to be too big but it is a great size. We had professionally installed and they did it in 6 hours. Very sturdy and the kids love it.

We purchased this for our grandchildren and what a mistake that was. Wood was dry and cracking right out of the box. Hardware was a complete mess. Missing parts and many leftover parts as well. Over priced for what received.

Multiple boards were delivered with cracks. During assembly multiple additional cracks occurred even though we asssmbled with care.

Took us several weekends to build. You have to be very careful placing the boards correctly. We had to remove a few pieces and reposition for that very reason, but the finished product is amazing and my 3 year old granddaughter loves it. Very pleased with this purchase.

Some of the bolts used really should have been longer, so we went out and bought our own for peace of mind. The ones provided barely caught the T-nuts, and some didn’t catch at all. That was an unfortunate extra expense, but we were happy with the wood quality and the overall finished product. The set took us 4 entire days to put together (2 capable adults, 1 with a background in carpentry) and we worked very efficiently. We also had to trim some of the floor boards to make them all fit. However, the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We purchased this at the beginning of sept ‘18, and the delivery was very quick! We opted to not have the install and my husband was planning on putting it together. If you choose to do as we did, please make sure you have time or a partner, but preferably both! It took my husband about a week to put together, as it was an after work project. But it was nice that my husband could put the pieces together separately, so the kids were able to play on the parts already finished. Now that it is all complete, my kids LOVE it! I have 4 boys, ages 12, 8, 5, and almost a year. We did purchase an infant swing separately, and it works perfectly with the play set.

Great product. Easy to put together . Takes about two and a half days with two people. Seems to be great quality and sturdy. Looks fantastic ! Only complaint- the packaging was a mess . You MUST take out all items , organize by piece , then take inventory or you will make yourself miserable. Hunting down pieces. This process takes 2 hours alone but is welllllll worth it!

Overall not a bad product. The assembly is pretty time consuming but not bad. The directions could be written a little more clear.There are some parts in the directions that I had to repeat due to directions not clear. A couple of the boards came split but still usable.

Great playset! When they say 20hrs to install, it is not a lie. The BILT app is definitely the way to go. DO NOT follow the instruction book. It will only cost you time, as we learned that the hard way.
