mattress was lopsided, the latex pad was not centered on the springs. the cover was too big for the bed. i tried 2 beds with same results. Getting sams to pick up the beds was nor a pleasant experience. i would not recommend this bed. i dont understand why this bed was given great test result on a leading reporting service.

I ordered this mattress on 5/13/26 and it still smells 🤢. It’s so bad I have to leave the door closed and window open with fan on. I hope it fades it’s awful!!

We are really happy with our new King size 14 inch hybrid mattress. The mattress is very thick and is very comfortable. It fit perfectly in a new platform bed frame that we purchased to go with it. This mattress is heavy, substantial but also breathable. It’s something that will last a long time. It’s been a great addition to our home.

Highly recommend for anyone who has never bought a new mattress and is on a budget. We did not want to spend over $1000. I did some research and tried a mattress that we did not see or lay on in person. The reviews did not lie. It is so comfortable. Definitely feels like the higher end hotel beds we have slept on. It arrives in a box. We took it out of the box and placed it on the bed before unwrapping the package. Let it sit for a good 6-8 hours then we slept on it that night. It is a good firmness. Not too hard and not smushy. It is great. My husband overslept after the second night and said it was my fault for buying such a comfortable mattress. I’ll take that as a good thing.

Not a good mattress felt great for about a month. I should’ve had red flags when the mattress arrived too short from my other twin xl and more narrow. Seems like this one was definitely defective maybe? Not wanting to keep it either because my deep sheets don’t work on it as well!

Too soft to be called medium firm. Edges of mattress are very soft. Not cool at all.

This mattress is wonderful. It was easy to get out of the box and set up. Its comfortable I was able to get a goodnights rest on this new mattress. No more shoulder pain. Definitely worth getting if you need a new mattress.

We have had this mattress less than 3 Months and it already has dents where we sleep. The one side never even rose all the way full so there is a slant Off the side

What appears to be a comfortable new mattress in a large box weighing over 100 lbs which is too heavy for me to carry up stairs and will need to wait till o have help to remove packing and layout new mattress to open on bed frame.

I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don’t notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.
