Was starting to experience hip pain with my old mattress. As a side sleeper I was having to change positions every hour or so. This mattress had a decent rating from Consumer Reports so I decided to give it a try. So far I'm pretty happy with it. My hip pain, though not completely gone, has subsided. I thought about getting the Plush version but the Medium version (which the store had in stock) has been just fine. I hauled it upstairs by myself but be aware this thing is heavy (100+ lbs). And if you don't like it you can return it - but you have to get it back to the store on your own (no pickup). FYI - I'm 6 ft and 195 for reference.

This Member's Mark mattress from Sam's Club was a great find! I am so obsessed! It has a premium feel at a pocket friendly cost. It comes as a bed in a box for easy transport without the delivery fees. Just look at the breathable surface Texture and edge support. After one night of sleep, I could tell the difference in the pressure relief! My husband and I recommend 10/10 for anyone wanting a spacious, supportive night's rest without breaking the bank!

I’ve been using the Hotel Premiere 14” Hybrid Medium King mattress and overall it’s been a great upgrade. It has a true medium feel—comfortable but still supportive. The hybrid design does a nice job relieving pressure while keeping my back aligned, and I’ve noticed less motion disturbance from my partner at night. It also sleeps fairly cool and has good edge support, which makes the full king size more usable. The only downsides are that it’s heavy to move and not super plush, so it may feel a bit firm if you prefer a softer mattress. There was a slight smell at first, but it went away quickly. Overall, a solid, comfortable mattress for the price

I want to tell you about the Sam’s Club Members Mark 14-inch Queen Hybrid Mattress from their Hotel Premier Collection - I have to say I’m really impressed! I replaced my expensive Tempur-Pedic with this one, and I actually like it better. It’s noticeably thicker than my old Tempur-Pedic, so it fills the entire bed frame all the way to the bottom of my headboard. My pillows no longer fall through the gap like they used to — such a simple but huge improvement. The zip-off cover is thick, quilted, and zips all the way around, making it easy to wash. It also has two sturdy handles on each side so moving or flipping the mattress is really easy. Overall, this mattress feels luxurious and delivers great support and comfort. I’m genuinely surprised how much better it is than my old high-end mattress. I would very highly recommend this mattress! 5 BIG STARS*****

I am absolutely amazed at the quality and extras of this mattress. It's always fun to watch one of these compacted mattresses spread itself out on your bed. Because this mattress has a foam top it does take a few days for the foam smell to dissipate. Once it has, you find the mattress to be extremely comfortable. The mattress also contains springs for better support, side handles for easy movement and a zip off top that can be machine washed. What you get is luxury and practicality. I have slept so well without any pressure points and I highly recommend this mattress.

I’ve been sleeping on the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I’ve now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I’m consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There’s a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there’s still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it’s definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you’re dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.

Hotel premier hybrid matress so far has worked well. It did have a smell that is normal and went away after a couple of days. I washed the top cover immediately and it helped with the smell. There is no wash instructions so I washed it as delicates. It did feel really fresh but after adding a matress cover and sheets, it still feels a little cool. But still cooler than regular matresses. Only real complaint is the fitted sheet comes off sometimes when laying or sitting close to a corner. Hopefully stays the same firmness after a year.

Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!

This mattress is absolute luxury! "Hotel Premier" really lives up to its name. The mattress is firm yet the gel memory molds to your body and has just enough movement. The cooling cover is makes getting in bed feel so great. Its arrives in a box and setups quickly.
