I add this to spaghetti sauce along with a finish of sams club grinder of Italian seasoning. So yummy!

This really is a 3 alarm cheese, it's got the right kick to it without being overpowering for those who love hot tastes.

Really good if you're into spicy cheese. Better than similar pepper jack. Quality/texture seems to vary occasionally

This cheese is hot but not so hot it burns your mouth. I have used it to make enchiladas and on mac and cheese . Tasted great.

Boxes of it! Love this cheese, but it doesn't last long in my house.

This is fantastic cheese,great on it's own or in Mexican food.It's also affordable too.^_^
