I bought this out of curiosity. The texture is rubbery. Keeping in mind that taste is subjective, I found it to be barely "okay" for topping foods with, and definitely sub-par for snacking. One can taste the additives (which aren't all that impressive and have a chemical aftertaste), but not the cheese. I wouldn't buy it again.

While the pepper heat level was good, the cheese was very rubbery and had an awful texture. It was like chewing on bits of rubber bands that were stuck together. The cheese itself didn’t taste like cheese at all. It’s only flavor was hot peppers. Save your money. Yet another members mark product to avoid.

One of the worst cheeses I've ever purchased, maybe the worst. Excellent example of why not to buy a new item without having sampled it first. I found the cheese to be mildly WARM. I can taste the mustiness of the habanero and/or chipolte, but where's the heat. One of the driest cheeses I've had. Best I can describe it would be wet cardboard that was dried in a hot sun. I'm about 15-20% into the "wheel"; the rest is headed to the garbage can.

When Great Midwest made this cheese it was more than great but Members Mark labeled now sad and dry and I will not purchase anymore. Jalapeno poppers were great until Members Mark took brand…if it’s not broke then don’t fix it!!! Best choice is to stay away from MM...

Just the right level of heat.

My new favorite cheese. Beware if your snacking as it has an amazing hot hot taste.

This cheese has just the right amount of spicy! It’s my husband and I’s new favorite.
