This is awesome cheese.  Probably a step up from pepper jack...great flavor.

This cheese is hot but not so hot it burns your mouth.  I have used it to make enchiladas and on mac and cheese . Tasted great.

I don't really care for it.  I love the hotness, but this product to me has a strange taste that I do not like.  Too expensive too

Not fond of Flamin' Jacks Cheese

Heavy on smoked chipotle flavor.  Don’t care for it.  If you like super Smokey flavor, this may be one for you.

Smokey

This cheese is spicy.  Hot snake spicy.  Melts great, perfect for enchiladas or quesadillas.  But I do warn you, there might be repercussions if you eat too much of this cheese.  Having said that, shred a little bit of this in your homemade mac and cheese and get crazy!  It is delicious.
