This pasta was good. I would have liked it if even more if the bag was a truly recloseable bag. And the noodles were a list wider. But all in all, they work.

We loved these, my wife cooked them the way she would cooks chicken and dumplings. Man they came out good. Tasted like dumplings except in noodles. Will be buying again.

Better than Grandma's!! No fuss, no muss, just great taste. Sam's Club bring them back!! If you can't carry in the store make them available on-line!!

This is a great product. I use it weekly for my catering business and it's always been well recieved. It has a good price per portion for the quality. It absorbs a cream sauce very well and not too bad with a butter sauce also. I have been very happy thus far so I hope they don't get rid of it.

We first bought a bag of this pasta on a whim early last spring at the Sam's near Ann Arbor, Mi - and then didn't use it until July - and it was WONDERFUL. It was nearly as good as home made fresh pasta but without the mess and time... actually better than some. We went to 3 different Sam's stores and couldn't find it. We are really glad they have decided to stock it again and hope they keep doing it - - of course we just bought FOUR BAGS just in case they don't. Try it with just butter, olive oil, and maybe a little cracked pepper and garlic - - - it's so good it doesn't need a sauce.

I bought my first package before I got my Emeril pasta machine. What I especially noticed about the homemade machine noodles was after draining there wasn’t any gluey clumping. On an occasion that I didn’t feel like the whole machine-cleaning regime I cooked a batch of these and they didn’t clump either. Whatever the mass manufacturing recipe used in most commercial pasta is produces an undesirably starchy noodle that requires rinsing to serve an easily separable portion. Rinsing reduces the ability of sauce adherence. I still like my machine but when I want a flat traditional egg noodle shape I track for this package. Oh, the test is as good as handmade. I hope its always stocked.

I did not like these. I used them in a turkey neck and noodle dish. They were so thick and they absorbed all of the liquid in the pot and there was plenty. Messed up my dish. I had to cook other egg noodles and broth and then put the meat in it. I tossed what was left of the noodles.

We recently moved to Texas from Ohio. We found out that they didn't sell the noodles in the 2 Texas Sams Club that we go to, so before I moved down, we bought 6 bags. Now we are about out of them and want more. You can't order online for them to deliver or ship to our local Sams Club.. so PLEASE, PLEASE start stocking the noddles in Fort Worth area Sams Club!!! We love them!

I used these in my stroganoff, and my family noticed the difference. I usually use No Yolks brand, but everyone voted to stick to these. I'm looking forward to using them in chicken noodle soup. They are thicker and take a little bit more time to cook but worth the wait.

We love this product and now our local club no longer carries it! Our grandchildren call this the "good noodles" and ask for something made with this pasta on a regular basis. My husband and I are so pleased by the taste and texture it has replaced regular noodles in all recipes using noodles and pasta.. We were very disappointed when it was no longer in our Bradenton store. If the clubs are no longer stocking could you make it available for on line ordering? Help!! Unhappy kiddies (and oldies too)!
