I love the firmness of these noodles. They are great for beef and noodles or similar dishes that require a noodle not to fall apart quickly.

These are the best egg noodles I have ever found. They are as close to homemade as you can get without doing it yourself.

I prefer these over the egg noodles available in my grocery store. Better chew and soaks up tomato-based, white or butter-garlic sauces really well.
