More than what I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is everything I needed from a TV and then some. First of all it is light, sleek, and have a slim profile all around. We used our existing TV mount and just bought some longer screws for this TV. It was quick and easy to setup and start using. We have our uverse tv and bluray hooked up to it and it acts as a universal remote. I was so sure to see that we had free channels through Samsung TV! Although they aren't in HD, the kids weren't complaining so we're seriously considering getting rid of our TV service. We loved that we are now able to watch Disney + content because the app is supported by the TV. The only complaint I have is that I wish the cable ports were on the side of the TV, instead of the back. It may it challenging if you ever need to switch things around.

In love

I have a small living room but this fits so nicely against the wall! The quality is amazing and the screen is clear and everything looks amazing that we've watched!! We all love it! The best tv I've owned so far!

A great Samsung Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review of the 65” Samsung Smart TV UN65TU7000F. I like the way you remove the box and the TV is supported with form and how it allows you to lift the set out with ease. I really liked the easy set-up of the TV. I didn't use the Smart things because I have my whole system set up with another control Hub. The TV has many great Apps to download; I really like the Samsung TV Plus with a ton of free channels (almost able to cut the cord). I use the following Apps YouTube, Spectrum, Hulu and Sirius XM every day without any problems. The quality of the picture is great and you are able to even fine tune it in to your own preference. I also had a great time using the Xbox and WII with the TV. I have a Bluetooth keyboard hooked up to the TV which works great for signing into your accounts and web. Also have Bluetooth headphones and a wireless speaker hooked up (when using the speaker you can have the sound coming from the TV and have the speaker in another room to still hear the TV). This Samsung Smart TV is a Great Tv with very good picture quality and great smart features. Be sure to check for any firmware updates

Poor quality and app interfacing

Don't rely on it for reliably accessing any streaming apps without failing within 5 minutes and causing endless frustrations. Finally bought a Roku to avoid throwing this tv away and investing in a more reliable brand. As well, Samsung basically requires an account sign up to use the tv. Unnecessary and beyond frustrating to have so many loopholes just to watch tv

Great TV, Horrible User Interface

the tv itself is fantastic. great picture quality. but the user experience is awful. i've been an appletv user for far too long and the remote control, apps and ui are horrific. the most annoying feature is the samsung tv feature which seems to force one of their random channels on you. the built in apps can't be removed. i ended up deleting as many apps as i could and logged out of the samsung features. that seemed to help dumb things down a bit. occasionally the tv says my appletv has powered off, but it hasnt. when you set a sleep timer it doesn't take into account that you have an active stream from the appletv so you have to scramble for the remote.

Deeply aggravating

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The TV picture is great. The remote that controls it is small, crowded and extremely difficult to use. I don't know how often I've cursed pushing the wrong button which interrupts viewing. If I could replace it with something better I would. As noted above, this key feature of the product is deeply aggravating.

An impressive TV from the brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can deliver an excellent picture quality, with saturated colors and exceptional motion handling. The wide color gamut and good peak brightness make highlights in HDR content pop, and the low input lag and FreeSync support are sure to please most gamers. Viewing angles do suffer a bit, but that's to be expected. It performs well in both dark and bright rooms, as the TV is capable of displaying deep, uniform blacks, and has very good reflection handling. Overall, it's a great TV for any use.

Poor value

Have only had this TV for a little over 2 years. The control for the volume stopped working and all the suggestions we found on line as well as the info from Samsung did not help. .It appears the problem is with the TV as the volume cannot be controlled by the buttons on back of the set.

Great TV

I don't understand why people have problems with this TV. If you follow instructions carefully there's NP with it . IT works fine. The moment I got it and connected it with my cable and internet. it worked with np .. even the remote connected with my cable and it worked together with my cable all I use is one remote for everything I dont even have to use the remote that came with my cable. Picture is awesome its go clear. color works great. Sound is great. I connected my Bose system it was even better. I got no green spots like other people did either. I love the TV.

Disappointed..

I was very excited, this being my first Samsung tv, but I got to say, I'm actually a little disappointed. The tv looks great, the actual display is amazing, but it lacks some key features. This being a 2020 Smart TV, you would assume that it would only have the latest and the greatest features but it doesn't. It doesn't have HBO Go, Now, or Max.. it doesn't even have hulu. It lacks de SmartHub that even 2018 tvs have. This feels like the disgraced brother of the Series 7 TU7000. I was really excited about this, but you're better off with any other Smart TV.
