[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 65 in crystal UHD TV has such a nice clear picture quality and will adjust as needed to get best screen quality. I do like the legs on this since it gives it a sturdy structure to hold it without the worry of it tipping over. Setup was extremely easy to do which is always a plus for me. I do like that i did not need to download apps since they are already on there. This tv is great for more than watching your favorite shows, this is great for gaming as well as streaming. Im very pleased with the quality and sound.
This t.v is amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this t.v as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The t.v is very well made and is beautiful. The t.v was easy to set up and I really like the fact that the power cord is able to be hidden. The t.v comes preloaded with quite a few apps already installed. Setting up the Samsung account was quick and opens up so many other options and apps. The picture is Crystal clear. The detail that can be see is spectacular. H.D and antenna channels come in clear. The speakers provide a decent amount of volume, wish they were louder for watching movies though. Automatic software update is nice, plug in and forget. So far I am in love with my t.v.
Cheap but has some big disadvantages
i gave it three stars because of two reasons... first, i it really dark on some pictures, samsung did really bad job on black color. feels like this tv has only one black color. my old hd tv had way better black than tu7000. time after time you start to notice it more and more. so that is really huge minus. second, it doe not two my favorite apps vimeo app and nba app. lg does have both by the way. so it is pretty cheap, but fish i have not saved 200 dollars and bought a tv with better black color and with the apps i need.

great picutre
we love the size and picture quality on this tv. we are not impressed at all with its "smartness" we get kicked out of shows we are watching all the time and it will go back to the main screen. other users have also had this issue while streaming from hulu, netflix etc. our older samsung does not have this problem. it is truly frustrating. the sound quality is ok, we hooked up a bose speaker and it sounds much better.

My favorite TV I've ever owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is hands down the nicest tv I've ever owned. I love the sleek frameless look that it has. The images are crystal clear! It came stocked with several apps and app options. I can Bluetooth my phone and mirror image with very little effort. The colors are also very vivid! Not only is the design sleek, it is also very lightweight for its size. I have the 65 inch and it was easy for 2 to lift and mount. It came with a universal remote that sets itself up with your cable box. You just select your provider and it does the rest! I do wish it would light up so you could see the buttons in the dark but other than that, it's a nice remote! The sound from the tv is great on its own. It is also “smart” in the sense that it controls the sound levels for smooth transitions from movies and shows to commercials! I can't stand when tv's get really loud during commercials or when there's a fight scene or music in movies. There's nothing worse than not being able to hear voices in a movie. This tv controls all of that so I'm not trying to find the remote in the dark to hurry and adjust the volume every 2 minutes. I can go online with this tv and browse my company website to play image slideshows for clients. The images are honestly crystal clear! I used the browser feature on the tv and typed my website in. The main reason I choose this tv is because I am a photographer and I wanted a tv that I can use for consulting with clients. I wanted the ability to show them images on a wall for in person sales. This tv displays the images so nicely that I'm more concerned the tv may actually look better than the prints when they arrive. This tv will be a huge asset to my business after this pandemic. For now though, my family and I are thoroughly enjoying it in our living room. I can't brag about the picture enough. When synced to my laptop, iPad or phone, it's awesome for zoom meetings!. The sync provides the camera and microphone so we can be seen and heard to others. I can see ya purchasing another one for other rooms. The price point for these TVs can not be beat! It provides an amazing tv with all of the bells and whistles! I'm truly amazed! It can also do split screen so you can watch your movie or news while also browsing your emails, social media or just looking for a recipe! In summary, I highly recommend this tv to anyone in the market for a new television! I would purchase agai

samsung software is complete trash. every time i turned on the tv or changed source i would have to go in and turn off picture clarity settings. there apparently is no fix for this. i spent hours with samsung tech-support and talking to the people at the store i bought it from. i ended up taking it back and getting an lg that actually works correctly. this was my first samsung product. i am unlikely to buy any others because of this horrible experience.

after turning off tv next day has disconnected from wifi, did software update, no change.switched to roku which stays connected to wifi. has serious lag when watching football.had zero issues with previous tv while streaming live tv. really regret buying this tv. have owned it less than a month,will be returned.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Always Too Dark, Software Problem
i am returning this tv, because it is almost unwatchable during the day. the screen is so dim that you can only make out rough details during dark scenes. i googled the problem, tried every single possible setting, and contacted customer support and nothing fixed it. finally, some service techs came and told me that it is a problem with the hdr feature when the content you are watching is in 4k. they said that there is no fix for it because samsung says it is a “feature”. they showed me a movie that only had hd (not 4k) to show me the difference and it was very clear. apparently this has been reported to samsung, but they do nothing about it. why would i want a tv that has an inherent problem that makes the tv basically unwatchable that i know will never be fixed?

Awesome TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start... The 65 inch Samsung Crystal UHD, has been absolutely amazing. The picture quality is so much better than my outdated tv. Bright and vivid colors really make everything pop! The sound resonates like a movie theater, which in fact has became our home theater. Movies and shows arent the same since this TV. My fiance had no idea I was getting it, he was completely surprised being this was going to our bedroom to replace his outdated one. We had to go with a wall mount to save space instead of a bulky stand. Setup was simple, we love everything about the tv, the hardest part was bringing it up the stairs definitely not a one person deal. The apps on here plus screen mirroring are so neat. Definitely a great buy!
The best tv I ever brought in my life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65 and I'm so impressed and blown away how amazing the picture looks. It was easy to assemble and also easy to hook up to my devices. My phone,video game console,and laptop are connected to it and even that was easy to do. This tv is the best tv I have ever brought so far in my life hands down. My friends can't even go pass the tv without stopping to look at it. The apps on it makes things also alot easier so I don't even need to use my phone or video game console to connect so I can use them myself and my son can watch his apps he likes. Its the best of both worlds ever since I got the tv and it's been the best investment I made since. I think anybody that has a chance to get this tv should. The sound even is phenomenal and I haven't even turn the volume up halfway yet. All my devices run through this tv so even when I lose the remote control,like I always do I can use my other devices to turn my tv on or change the channel. It needs wifi and internet connection to use these extra features but even without internet you still won't be disappointed. I strongly recommend getting this awesome and amazing Samsung tv and trust me you won't regret it. I sure dont and I promise you,You won't either.
