Samsung has the worst customer service in the game. If I could give zero stars I would. Put in a ticket to get it replaced and almost a year has gone by and no replacement has arrived. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand.

Using this TV from like a month, good picture quality, average UI and really old school remote. Have to reconnect with the network every time you open the TV.

my only complaint is the apps, missing a few that i would think all smart tv's should have. there seems to be no way to download them, my sony has that feature, and adds apps when there are new ones...
