Voice?

i dont see any button on the remote to activate voice control. i see nothing in the manual. an online inquiry said to say “hello tv” but that didnt work. frustrating there are no easy instructions for voice control. otherwise, love the tv

Arrived Damaged (and likely packed that way)

tv arrived with a massive shatter circle in the bottom of the screen. the shipping box was immaculate with no indication of any pressure/impact in that area, so i suspect it was packed up that way.
