i love the picture quility but the software is really slow just trying to change the source is a pain. samsung only gives you two hdmi ports and most ppl have more than two devices they like yo use w the tv so big disappointment there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture quality. Remote lags, but it doesn't bother me too much. Make sure to use the "Dynamic" picture setting for the best picture. Sound is nice and loud!

Not enough closed captions or subtitles especially all of the music video channels; NO captions or subtitles I hope they'll add subtitle/CC features in these channels ASAP! Otherwise its unsuitable for Deaf or Hard of Hearing people unfortunately

Bought this for Black Friday and honestly, it's the best investment i've spent on in my life lol. Quality is way better than I expected, and it comes with hubdreds of samsung free channels and movies. 10/10 recommended!
