Crystal Clear Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung TV. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is also great. It would be better if I have the sound bar. The only issue I have is on the casting from a laptop. I noticed that the wireless connection drops and it is quite annoying. I hope support can help me at no cost.

Great easy to use TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for leisure and streaming. My mom enjoys watching Youtube. The system makes it easy to navigate to other apps (Netflix, Hulu etc). The only complaints I have are that sometimes when we first turn on the TV, it lags. The remote also has way too many buttons. Other than that, completely satisficed.

Amazing Tv

Omg, the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) and I'm completely in love with it! Must admit, I had to do a little reading prior to setting it up, but after that, it was easy peasy! I highly recommend it!

Very good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for a basement setup to watch streaming services (Netflix, Apple TV, etc). I have a separate surround sound system for the audio. Overall this has been a great TV and I'm satisfied with it for what it is - it is not a comparison with the higher end TVs, but I believe it to be a wonderful choice in its category of features, size, specs. The two minor complaintsI have are 1) the menu feels very slow in its responsiveness. I have a separate LG TV in another room and it's OS/menu is very fast and responsive. The second issue I have is that the remote itself is a bit clunky. Perhaps it's also due to the slow menus, but it makes me also dislike the remote. Again overall I'm very satisfied with the TV and would recommend it to someone looking for a great value option.

I love my TV, BUT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've notice when I'm watching the NFL games or any live broadcast show. The TV starts to show blurry at times not sure if it's the TV or the internet connection. I'm in the process of running a hard line to the TV. None of my other TV acts this way. Also the new TV also freezes up a lot when we're fast forwarding through commercials on recorded shows. These issues has disappointed my experience with Samsung TV's

Good TV, hobbled by constant Wifi disconnects

tv is good, although i am seriously considering returning this 3-month old tv because the wifi connection is constantly dropping now. it was working fine, but now i'm noticing it can't connect after i turn the tv off for the night. the next morning it sees the wifi but isn't able to connect. searching online comes up with many people having this same issue, with no fix by samsung thus far. i would seriously consider if the need for a samsung tv is worth this hassle. it isn't 1995 anymore; fix the problem!

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Great Features

Good value

easy to set up and use couple of minor nits. buttons on remote too small, will upgrade remote. 2nd is if in an app watching show and i pause and turn off tv and turn it back on later it doesn't remember where i was, have to start over. glad this is the worse of my concerns highly recommend, beautiful picture and sound. bought a sound bar and don't need it.

Better Simple printed User Manual would help

Lack of a phono jack for a new set of Sony headphones caused a week of running around to finally find a supplier that had an adaptor. Setting up the headphones via "settings" and "source" is also a bit of a rambling down the road type of experience. Have you ever heard of "keep it simple" for those that are not geeks i.e. about 80% of your purchasers. We eventually figure it out but you could sure make it a better experience. Just my opinion.
