Great picture and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quick streaming buttons. I wish you could customize them. Unfortunately the voice recognition does not work. Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

Samsung Smart TVs let you sync with Google Home, allowing you the convenience of using voice commands for certain functionalities, such as power on/off, volume up/down, channel change, input source change, and playback control. Here is a step-by-step guide for syncing with Google Home: 1) Make sure you have the SmartThings app on your mobile device. Add your TV device to the SmartThings app. 2) Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app. 3) Select the Add button. On the next screen, select Set Up Device. 4) Press on the text under the title Works with Google. Here you will see a list of accounts. Scroll down until you see SmartThings and select it or search SmartThings by pressing the search icon in the top right-hand corner. 5) Once you have selected SmartThings, press the “Sign in with Samsung Account”’ and use the same Samsung Account you used to sign in on the SmartThings app on your mobile. 6) The TV will be added automatically. Samsung TV Greatness

The only flaw if, if I had to point out a flaw, is that its response rate is a bit slow. There is usually a .5 to 1 second lag after pressing a button on the remote. Other than that, the TV is great in all other categories 9.5/10 for me

Best Brand/tv

Slow, clumsy User experience

apps are slow to load (compared to another brand this unit replaced) and interface is non-intuitive. picture is great. remote poor, many buttons tiny, especially pause and play buttons which are hard to find when watching in dim light. remote (unlike previous other brand) only ir (previous was bluetooth), requiring careful aim to work. overall user experience to control tv is quite lacking.

Great color and sharpness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Samsung tv's for a number of years and have never been disappointed. This tv is no exception. The quality of the picture is fantastic. The only change I would make would be to put the speaker pointing out vs the back of the tv. Had to buy a speaker system to project the sound away from the wall.

Could be better ...

this tv is okay but i'll be honest my sony from 3 years ago still has better detailed than this new 2020 65-in that i just purchased i'm happy with the tv but it could step up the detail a little bit in the hdr resolution. and honestly the remote you give us for a 65-in television is a smack in the face it's the same size little crappy remote that you get with one of the smallest size monitored computer size television samsung offers. . not what you're expecting when you buy this big of a television that is the reason i didn't give it five stars

This is such a great TV!

love my new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the picture on this tv but the sound is a little flakey, It sounds kind of like being in a barrel . I really wanted to hook up my older surround sound system but the New tv does not have RCA jacks and my system does not have HDMI or Optical, So I had to buy a convertor to make it work and it sounds ok . . another thing I can't figure out is how to play my recorded programs using the Samsung remote, Maybe I missed something in the setup . It's rea;;y easy to move from direct tv to my Xbox1 and then get on the internet and watch netflix just sit back and chill to some music. Thank you for the great Tv.

Solid TV

there are higher class tvs out there, but i'm happy with my new samsung tv. easy to setup and very light. the picture is great and comes loaded with apps and easy to download more. be aware that there are only 2 hdmi connections. if you need more, look elsewhere. i have x-finity cable tv service and a desktop pc connected to it. no issues.
