Just need a working device

i have only had this samsung tv for about 3 weeks now. i have already had trouble with things freezing and just now the sound went out. too soon for this many issues. i have had a few samsung tvs and other devices. the worst was my samsung fridge..already said i would never buy another samsung refrigerator but now do i have to swear off the tvs too. come on samsung you have to do better. for the amount of money spent this should not be happening especially so soon.wondering if it just needs to be returned.

We are here to help. Please try the below troubleshooting suggestions. To assist with your sound going out: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware as this may help with the freezing. You can check to see what software version your TV is using, and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV, Go to Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope this helps. Decent TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it to watch movies and stream content from Netflix or Prime and access other apps such as Plex. The quality is good. Not the best but good for the price. The menu is a bit slow, there seems to be some lag between when I press the remote buttons and when the action is executed which can be frustrating. The sound is a bit weak also. Sometimes I have to bump all the way to 30 or 40 level to be able to really enjoy the experience. Overall I am happy with it. It's not a premium product but then the price reflects it.

Great Quality TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV mostly for gaming and watching movies. The refresh rate is sufficient. Sound quality is OK, however, I use a soundbar on nearly all my flat panel TVs. The colors are rich and vibrant for being a basement TV with minimal natural light. I wish the black were a bit better as they tend to get washed out and blurry.

Checks all the boxes

My favorite thing about the TV is the way it integrates all my devices into 1 now. ChiveTV has been a great channel to watch, non stop laughter all day and night.

Yes

Bright and crisp. Love everything about it. Easy to plug in and watch. Wish there was another HDMI third port so took off a star. Great TV and am liking the one in all remote for all my devices. It found all of my devices easily and was very intuitive.

Great picture quality.

Good TV. Expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It a great tv. Bright sharp colors. Fast processing. 2 issues I have with it. 1 the remote is very annoying. You press volume up and it mutes or sometimes changes channel. The second and most important issue is the App Store. I have last years model in my bedroom and I have an app that I use for movies. This TV doesn't have the app. Search and search but nowhere to found. Both Samsung's bedroom 2019 55in living room 2020 75”. I googled every solution possible but nothing

It's good for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 4k TV and initially I loved but now I can't wait to upgrade. The menu needs work. The remote lay out definitely needs to be reconfigured along with the speed in which the TV responds to the remote. Software updates are lackluster to nonexistent. You can only uninstall 2 of the 11 apps (blaotware) that come pre-installed and to make matters worse, Samsung keeps reinstalling those 2 apps at some point. Would I buy this TV again... I would.

Not enough apps to download

the tv is good have a good quality but the problem is that its not like a roku tv that lets you search for any app availble loke for example usa network i can download the app on roku tv but samsung tv doesnt even have ot and is a free app why? like other apps i had search and nothing, and the controller lags a lot when u searching or switching it lags so bad so those are the flaws i dont like about it but other than that its ok
