this 75" samsung tv is hands down the worst electronic device ive ever owned. i bought new 4 months ago. repair man had to install a new power board. i have installed 2 apps...hbo max and Magellan now i get errors "memory full". i have auto updates turned off to save memory. i will never own another samsung.

From the Home screen, go to Apps > Settings > you will be able to delete your apps from here 3) Please check to see if you are running the latest firmware version by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has an awesome picture it is also very easy to navigate. Streaming is so easy and it loads very fast . The TV connects to other devices with ease. It's menu is not complicated and very simple to understand . It also holds and downloads many apps . I absolutely love it . I have no suggestions to make it better . I like the TV so much that I purchased a Samsung galaxy A42 phone and a galaxy watch to stay in the Samsung brand because of being so impressed with the TV. I would and do recommend this product to friends .
Works Great!
This was last years Christmas gift to me from my husband. Since it was hung on the wall in our living room, he no longer goes downstairs to watch his tv (which is also a large screen) in the family room. The tv has distrupted my lifestyle because it works so well!!!
tv powers off randomly
this tv is horrible, within an hour and a half it has powered off at random 5 times thus far, ive had a service ticket on it about 3 weeks ago for the exact same thing, they replaced the circuit boards but still same problem....samsung should stick to phones, any other samsung product ive ever purchased hasnt even been worth recycle value at the dump

You may want to try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. Overall Great Product With Minor Issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mainly for streaming media and playing video games. I have encountered little issues throughout owning this TV for about a year now. I have experienced a couple of times where the screen has had issues with display and makes the picture unrecognizable. Also, issues with connecting to the internet have been the most prominent issue, but both issues can be resolved with a simple reset. Every issue I've had can be quickly diagnosed with no needed specialist. I can say I will greatly recommend this TV to friends and family as far as positives go. This TV has an amazing display once the type of media or game actually supports 4K. The audio is fairly good and needs some tweaks to adjust to the environment where the TV is positioned. If you connect an HDMI cable for gaming to this TV, it automatically activates game mode as well which lightens the colors for a better experience. Sadly, for me to enjoy this feature, I have to manually do it since it is an issue on my behalf. Otherwise, it is a solid 4/5 for those minor issues you have, but most products will always need some type of reset either way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i want to highly recommend this tv for those of you who want a tv for the bedroom that's all encompassing but not too big for the room. great picture from all angles and a really crisp screen and response time. took me a little bit to set up as i forgot my password but once retrieved a few steps to accomplish connection to my devices and i am one happy camper. did have a 43" high end competitor brand before and it has been put out in storage. this tv actually has a better response time than my main tv in the living room which is also a samsung. so i highly approve of this model if you're looking for an assume experience while relaxing in the bedroom and want to enjoy a cinematic experience.
easy to use and beautiful picture

Beautiful picture for such a large screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. This TV is great for sports!
