Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price! The biggest problem we had was to connect it to our Telus Optix box, but it turned out that the box was too old for 4K! But they sent a new one, and everything is working fine. The Optix box was much more of a problem than the TV, which worked immediately and beautifully. We mounted it onto our wall and it's perfect. The remote is also very intuitive, which I appreciate.

Previously I had another brand and when I was on the treadmill I had the volume at 100. I only have my Samsung on 35. It's easy to stream shows and there are several pre-loaded apps. Easy to use, great quality and the perfect size for my workout room/office.

I own all samsung products and a cool thing about this spectacular tv is it syncs with my samsung fridge alerting me when the doors are open on my refrigerator. The factory sound system is top of the line and very clear with an excellent audio output that I have not heard on a tv I've owned before this. I will never buy another brand but samsung.

We recently got rid of our cable and enjoy the Samsung Plus feature the most. It's like having cable again. Samsung offers a great variety of channels and everyone in the family is able to enjoy their individual preferences in genres. The quality of the TV helps us to enjoy our show as I'd we are actually there! We love our Samsung TV and we are grateful for the choice me made!

The picture quality on this TV is like comparing apples to oranges on my old Tv. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because sometimes I feel like I see the picture trailing not moving fast. But it's still awesome. I would recommend this to anyone. Great Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With tv's getting less expensive each year and growing in size, we were extremely happy with the price we paid for the size we received. The quality of picture was great and making adjustments quickly with the preset picture options is a nice when changing between movies, tv and games. I have always liked Samsung products so there may be a little bias there but compared to other tv products like Roku and Visio, the Samsung product provided everything I needed. Hopefully, we will upgrade to one of their higher end products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has decent sound and clear picture. The motion seemed odd but so does all of the newer model televisions. I'm use to it now. The reason for three star rating is internet connection. It shows its connection with full signal but some apps will crash or freeze, then I have to restart my TV. Its a bit frustrating but overall it'll do.

Their UI is so easy to navigate, picture and sound quality are top tier. I cannot say enough about my lifelong support of this company....and no....im not paid in anyway shape or form....

The unit worked fine for a little more than a year and a half. Then one day the screen started going black momentarily and then back normal a few times. And now it keeps turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds by itself, with a black screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Navigation of the UI is great, the frame is solid and image looks crisp. It's a TV, not much more to say. Only cons I'd consider before purchase is brightness is not the highest, better for rooms for overall lower light levels. The only other thing to consider is that there's only 2 HDMI inputs.
