[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TU7000 smart tv 2020 has everything I'm looking for and makes for an excellent tv, the picture is clear and crisp, and the design is super nice thin and slick, it's thin enough to mount on the wall and not stick out, it also has great sound. This tv is great for a gaming TV. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the Samsung TU7000 I have zero complaints about this product, and I definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for an excellent low cost TV with lots of great features.

The TV is good. Wish it was better at streaming. I would recommend something better to anyone looking for a good quality reliable TV. I have a technician coming to look to see why I can't stream. it is definitely the TV that's the problem, not the internet or streaming service. May upgrade to something better if I can't solve the issue.

I like that it connects to my Echo dot so that I can voice control the TV as well. It comes with Samsung TV, which is free, and I've found a lot of great tv shows and movies on there. If you're not sure whether or not to buy this TV, I say DO IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this television as it's a severe improvement from my previous T.V. (2016 K-Series) which has become largely unsupported overall. The only major issue I have is connectivity regardless of method (neither wireless or wired via a shiny new Cat8 cable) being intermittently choppy and often freezing the T.V. only to be fixed by a power cycle &/or network reset.... both are a pain when you have growingly impatient toddlers!

Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from the 4K Crystal series. I bought this TV about six months ago. Everything looked great in the store but once I got it home I discovered that without whatever picture they were using for the display was obviously super bright. At home the picture was dark and murky. I went through all the usual suggestions on the internet and got it to brighten some, but my 4k videos were still so dark they were impossible to enjoy. I finally found a website that told me how to adjust the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) and it fixed everything! Oh happy day! Then came the latest software update and the wonderful and beautiful picture went away. The update keeps you from getting into the menu for the PWM under the 2D menu. I now have a big dark rectangle sitting in my living room right before Christmas.

If I want to , its nice I can mirror my screen or cast to the TV with my android device. (Apple mirror works on more current models). Games play very well on screen as well. Black since not OLED sometimes see light bleed but it's not too terribly bad. But expected given the technology Picture quality is great for me, vibrant without looking washed out or fake. It's adjustable but I have not needed to play with those settings. One thing I really like is when TV is on and if you have light around you do not see glare on the TV. Sound . I don't really use from the TV. But the Speakers sound decent considering their size. More highs than lows expected but there none the least. I have a hometheatre system connected to the TV for sound using an optical cable to provide the sound. I have not had any direct issues with this. Great TV for medium. To large living room (82 inches) I sit about 12 feet away from the TV and it is just fine. Since it's an 82inch TV I have my set sitting using the included legs. 82inch compatible TV stands are pricey though. You can also mount the TV if you get the appropriate wall mount. Universal remote feature sounded like a good idea however my registry would dissappear or interfere with my receiver operation from time to time so I stopped trying to use the included remote with my other devices. Other than that. The remote is easy to use and navigate apps on the tv

we really like our tv. the clarity on the screen is great! we have many samsung products and are pleased by the quality of each one. but the remote that came with our tv is almost useless. the number buttons rarely work and i have to press them several times. if i want to change the channel to a 3 digit station the channel changes before i can get all 3 digits pressed and working. fortunately our cable remote works with the tv. otherwise, its a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv fits perfectly into the 59” Space I have. It has amazing picture quality, great network connectivity and it's very easy to set up. I like the pre installed apps and also supported apps for download. Overall I give this tv 5 out of 5.
