Incredible picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this TV for a few months now and it's a game changer in picture quality. I can actively see the differences with other TVs that don't have 4K and my friends often prefer watching things here. I had to get a sound bar as the audio volumes weren't the best overall; but otherwise have no complaints. The TV is easy to use and I haven't had any problems or glitches like I did with my older TV.

Well packaged arrived undamaged

50" tu700 cons: buggy firmware kept switching input to computer that was off then complaining about no signal. picture dim and muddy. manual also dim hard to read. pros: tv packed extremely well no damage though carton punctured. conclusion: did a factory reset then plugged in my roku since tv wouldn't display hulu. if i had a do-over i get a regular tv and add streaming devices. afraid to dissemble for return bc might cause damage.

A Nice, but Mostly Average Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for a spare living room and while it was much cheaper than the broken (our fault) 2017 65” Q7F it replaced, it's picture quality is pretty good in comparison. The clarity surprised me. Surely, it's not going to be at the top of any lists, but it's not the worst I've seen. The only thing that actually frustrates me is the Tizen OS. When it's actually working, it's finicky and simple tasks like navigating through the SmartHub can take several seconds. Luckily, that can be fixed with an external smart device. I'd purchase another for a spare room, but I wouldn't buy one as a primary set. I love our 2020 85” Q80T for that.

This product is overall amazing.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was thrilled to receive the tv and it did not disappoint.Upgrading from a HDTV (1080p) the vivid , Crystal clear picture quality immediately proves it was the right decision. The sound is great too and clear at both lower and high volume. The interface is bit overwhelming if you are used to streaming devices. But you can skip the getting used to part and enjoy the first few days by using dedicated buttons for Netflix and prime. Though once you start using all the features you will appreciate the technology inside as much as its regular features. Also some good free content and channels with Samsung Plus is a great add. Another small but key feature is that the feet don't have to be screwed in but can be easily inserted and clicked into place so no need to tilt the tv too long

This product is great to own

Great TV

There are a lot of apps, though I think the interface can be slightly glitchy at times. The image is great. I'm happy with my purchase, especially the value for the price.

Good for basic TV watching

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV just about everyday for YouTube videos, Hulu etc. I love that is simple and easy to use . Whenever I need to wirelessly connect my laptop to use it as a screen it's great. Picture and sound are good but the remote control drives me crazy. The remote is slow in response often (even when batteries are brand new) and the buttons seem to get stuck when pressed which makes annoying clicking sound and can be unbearable. Often also the apps on the TV crash despite me reseting it and and using upgraded firmware.

Premium color and picture great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture quality are excellent, and so is the sound quality. I had a tech person install the TV as I am not a tech person. The remote is not user friendly if one does not understand the meaning of each icon, but there is a simple video to explain it very easily. Overall excellent choice.

This tv has great features!
