this television is great overall... when it's working. today the screen went dark and it's trying to turn itself off and on and the red indicator light flashes. this television is @ two years old and this is the second time with the same failure. it took 2 weeks to get home service repairs last time and it was still under warranty. hopefully, i'll be able to find my purchase receipt and it will be under warranty still. if it isn't, i won't replace it with a samsung.

tv control is not what i had in mind, difficult to set up, only online info available, even that doesn't help much. prechannel doesnt work with sling, need less clutter on remote! overall the price was the only reason i bought it, now its hanging in the garage, i put my old tv back in the living room, sad, technology actually isnt that great when it comes to "simple"

We have a 55 inch Samsung smart tv that included a smart remote with voice input. My wife has difficulty with this remote. Too many buttons for visually handicap person.

This particular model, has been "Exceptional" thus far, the picture is clear & vibrant, sound can transport you to the actual place, and settings are easy to navigate through. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just moved to graduate school so having a TV on the wall for anti-stress binging was an absolute must. 1: the TV looks great on the wall! Perfectly centered and very minimal frame border makes it look perfect in our small room. 2: picture quality was as good as expected. We were worried the picture quality wouldn't be as good as advertised but we have found to really enjoy watching shows and the contrasts are great. 3: A surprise. The sound is phenomenal and we were not expecting it. I had argued for a while to get a matching sound bar to boost the performance, but honestly we might not even need it. The sound is crisp and there is never a cringe moment. In fact, it's so good I think it'll be a while before I could convince the Mrs to spring for one.

The picture and sound clarity is rated above what I imagined it would be. I am coming from a 65" inch LG at a much higher price point. You honestly can not tell which is the more expensive tv from just looking at the screen.Would highly recommend this t.v. to anybody and get ready to be genuinely surprised.

everytime i turn on my tv it says network error. for awhile i would unplug my tv and let it reconnect. now i hold down the power button 3 secs for it to reconnect. thats the only way it will come on without getting a network setting error. not happy with samsung at all.

The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

we purchased this tv after purchasing another offbrand tv and it not working immediately out of the box. however, when we purchased this tv to replace the old nonworking one we were very pleased! the set up was very easy and you can download most apps of your liking. i also like how it has samsung tv plus which is a free type of tv programing that we had no idea about when purchasing it. the quality of the picture is amazing and we are very happy.
