As soon as it was set up, I was blown away not only by the incredible picture, but also the ease of use and surprisingly, the great sound it delivers. The dark background creates a crisp, clear picture that literally jumps out at me no matter what channel I'm watching. My old set sounded like noise inside a tin can compared to it and I still wonder how they were able to get this awesome sound out of such a thin television. Maybe the best thing about this set was the price, however. I knew Samsung was a decent brand so when I saw it was priced close to several "lesser" brands, I jumped at buying it and have never looked back.

The clarity is uncomparable to anything I have ever owned in my life. I occasionally stream my phone to it thru smartshare and that has been awesome too. Just love everything about this TV.

Replaced our 14 year old Samsung with this bad boy. I was amazed at the difference in picture quality from our old to this bad boy. I read reviews of folks ripping the sound quality. If you are using a tv for sound rather than external options like sound bars, you aren't that serious about sound. Get yourself a sound bar or sound system! Do not hesitate this tv has great picture quality. Hopefully it lasts as long as our old one. And OMG it weighs 1/3 of the older one and is paper thin! Delivered I damaged and ahead of schedule as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the image on this tv is spectacular - no complaints and can't imagine needing anything more. But the streaming menu and navigation are pretty cludgy, with significant input lag and a frequent need to restart the tv to get it to do simple tasks. I have yet to figure out how to move more recently added platforms to the front of the line - very frustrating to scroll past things I have never looked at to get to something I use every day. I replaced a previous ‘dumb' Samsung and wish I had bought another one and just added a Roku stick.

We love it because we can use all our favorite app such as Amazon prime, Netflix, YouTube and Hulu. Also, we have Samsung tv access to all tv networks and more. We don't need to purchase cable. Highly recommend this product.

Looking for crisp clean lines and brilliant colors. I got all that in my Samsung. There is a 3D dimension that gives the picture depth that I didn't find in the competition. my old samsung was eight years old and i felt i needed an upgrade. because i had a great experience with the first samsung, i chose to buy the same brand. i'm in my 60s and not technically inclined. the thought of buying a new television scared me. my brother set it up in a few seconds. the picture is great, the sound is fine. i have no problems using the remote. i easily learned how to install apps and navigate. for myself, this television is user-friendly. i also like that the frame is smaller than my old samsung so i get more of a picture. overall, i'm completely satisfied. it is worth every dime.

i have owned several samsungs at home and decided to purchase this one … the color was great and everything worked as expected with local channels; however, with amazon fire tv and sling app the colors were different and not as clear… the amazon fire stick was the same 4k stick i had with a previous toshiba 4k tv that i was replacing … i tried resetting the amazon fire stick and changed settings of tv but it was still not to our satisfaction so we decided to return this tv and bought a lower level tv, insignia, a best buy brand …. everything has been working fine including the same colors on local channels and on fire stick apps/channels without the need to reset or adjust any settings.

My former TV was 16 Yrs old, the picture went out, so I knew it was time for a new one. As a shut-in, I had my daughter check them all out. Dons Appliance, Tyler TX gave me a good price on this Samsung 15”.Gee it was like having a house movie screen. I will never learn how to fully operate it, but am learning the controls. I'm on cable and need a larger cable controller cause eyesight is diminishing. Trying to get caption to enlarge too.Cable has white letters on black background.like I see better with black letter on white backgrounds.and for some reason they put some writings in blue. That is really hard to read. I will write Optimum a letter… anyway I really like the TV.
