Best picture I've seen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the same flatscreen for ten years, and decided it was time to update. I'm always skeptical when buying a tv, but this one has far exceeded expectations. I put it to the true test instantly by turning on Blue Planet and the colors and contrasts are incredible. Would recommend to anyone.

Love

What happened?

i typically look to samsung for quality products, but this television did not meet my expectation. 1. the wifi connection is unstable. 2. theres an issue with lagging - at times i'll make selections on the remote control and nothing happens on the tv for several seconds so i press the button again and the tv will perform that function twice. this is incredibly frustrating because you have to wait for the tv to respond all over again. 3. the settings arent as intuitive to navigate. if i could give this tv zero stars, i would. i am dissappointed.

Reggie: I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1301.5 is now available on the Support page on the Samsung website. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Easy and fast to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've use this Samsung TU7000 for everything from movies nights with friends and having long gaming sessions. I've used it for music in the house because it's a very loud TV! One of my favorite parts about getting to watch this TV is when I'm viewing NFL football. All around this is a great TV and if you can afford it, it's a great option for the home.

I love the features on this TV!

Samsung 50" TV

This product has everything you need or want.

Love my TV but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV but I'm really disappointed that it doesn't have the turn on or turn off timer of up to 3 schedules of turn on and turn offs like my old Samsung from 8 years ago. In this you can only set up one off timer and it doesn't always to it unless you set it that day and some times not even.

Samsung is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's always made their products screens bring pictures to life, my 65" Samsung Smart TV is no different with its 4k picture capabilities and colors that will light up the room. We use our TV to watch movies' and shows all the way to playing video games late at night, with its beautiful quality we can watch or play whatever we want. Although the picture quality is almost unbeatable to other brands, what really stood out the most to me was just how many apps could be downloaded and used through the TV's pre built in Smart System. With previous brands certain apps such as Spotify weren't available to download, which made listening to music quite an inconvenience. Immediately after I listened to Spotify on the Samsung I knew Id be sticking with them for the sound quality too. All in all, in my opinion although Samsung's prices may be a bit steeper, the quality is well worth it and very noticeable compared to other brands. The Picture, Audio, and overall quality of the TV is what would influence me to buy another TV from Samsung in the future.

Loving all the features and capabilities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters the picture quality is like no other television I've ever owned in my entire life, watching sports on it is like being in the stands at the games coupled with the sound it's perfect. It's skips from one app to the other fast and easy with no delays or lagging issues, all the streaming apps Netflix, prime ect.. all works perfectly, video games also is a thing to behold in this tv but what steps it up a notch is the discovery programs or animal planet shows is just mind blowing on this television and I pairs and works perfectly with my phone incase I loose my remote or can't find it. I would recommend it to anyone.
