[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung Smart TV bought 3 mos ago and it's good so far. There's a lot of apps. Samsung TV Plus is also good. I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

i feel like i hit the lottery, going from a 32-inch to a 55-inch tv in my bedroom. but i couldn't pass up this television and its wonderful picture. my only complaint was no written directions for setting it up, only photos. while a picture is worth a thousand words, it would have been helpful to have a written how-to. but this tv is still a keeper. the last one lasted 15-plus years. i hope this one will do the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is mainly used for streaming TV. There's an app for each streaming service I use and it makes it so much easier to navigate. There is only one app not available (beach body on demand) that I have a roku for but the samsung remote was very easy to program and im still able to control it without needing a second remote. The picture is great and so is the sound quality. Amazing TV, have never had an issue in over a year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch you tube, movies, play games, and to mirror my phone. The picture is great, and it's nice to be Abel to switch the settings to game, or movie mode. The sound is pretty good without using a soundbar or Bluetooth speakers...

there are so many tv's available to purchase but samsung has always been my choice because of quality products they produce. basically, i decided what size that i needed for this bedroom tv and how much i wanted to spend. samsung had a great price on this tv with a beautiful picture! i am very pleased with my purchase and the price of this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this TV. So thankful that we got selected to purchase this TV at a discounted price, test it and ultimately keep it. We were so ready for an update to a flat screen TV vs a tube TV, and so much lighter to move. The one thing I can really say WOW about is the picture quality of the Samsung. It's so crisp and bright. There is no lag in the picture. No matter what type of lighting in the house, you always get good sharp images. The sound is great. You barely need to put up the volume to get sounds like being in the movies...bass.

i love the picture since that was the mail reason purchased the tv. the only issue is the interface it lags, i had to search for the apps i wanted, was unable to remove apps the tv came with enough though i wasn't going to use them. our 1st tv was a roku which was very easy to use compared to samsung they just had a terrible picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung 65" TV I will start with the pros. The tv has an ultra sleek design and is light weight. The installation was extremely easy. It fit on our fireplace mantel like it was made to go there. The picture is crystal clear and I love the legs. The sound is incredible. I have always used Samsung phones but had never tried any of their other products but they outdid themselves. The features are amazing. The Samsung TV Plus had all kinds of programming. You can easily access your gallery, Netflix, Amazon and many more. This is by far the best TV that I have ever owned. It is a great buy and I would recommend it to everyone. Now for the cons, there is just one. With my cable company, I have to use 2 remote controls. There may be a way to do it all with one but I haven't figured it out yet. Great buy. I would like to thank my wife and The Insiders for this awesome TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue I have with the TV is the occasional flickering, I usually just cycle through Game Mode to make it go away. I am using a HDMI 2.1 cable so that shouldn't be causing any issue.Other than that the Film Maker mode is a Godsend.
