Love the overall functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV. For the price the picture is amazing. It was easy to set up. The remote is streamlined and works for cable too. My only very minor complaint was that the dimensions for the width of the feet were not included in the box. Overall would highly recommend this TV

Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tv is amazing, the picture sound and features gives life to our living room. It is definitely a smart tv with so many built in apps. It actually has its own tv station with many channels to choose from with short commercials. We lovveeee our Samsung tv and benefit from all of its features. I definitely recommend this tv for anyone, you will not have any regrets.

Love, Amazing

Disconnects from my channels

with this tv, i put on channels and within minutes, it disconnects and i have to restart the tv. it's happened during a hockey game and while listening to the news. i wish i had bought any other brand. as i'm writing this, and watching the news, the tv has disconnected from the channel i was watching...

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung TV. In fact we love it so much that we ordered a smaller one for our master bedroom. Both work great and look even better. The remote is very easy to operate and the streaming availability on them is fast and perfect. We use ours to watch normal television and also to stream movies through our dedicated accounts. We will only buy Samsung Televisions from here out.

Big beautiful midrange TV audio sync issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV in a large living room. The screen size and resolution are great, but reflected light is noticeable. There are some artifacts around characters during high resolution scenes with lots of movement. My biggest gripe is that I cannot adjust the sound delay far enough to get audio synchronized with video. I can only increase audio delay, not video delay. Very frustrating. A software or firmware update could potentially fix this in the future

The size and picture is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really glad I purchased the Samsung 64inch crystal tv, I love the feature, the colors are bright and vibrant, the size is great, I also like the apps that came with it, and that I am able to download additional apps, when I am watching his Samsung TV, 65 Inc, feels like I am in a movie theater.

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. Product is very good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a warranty replacement of another Samsung 50 inch tv I had purchased 2 years prior and it had simply quit working. My biggest complaint with Samsung televisions is the sound is so weak. I have to turn the volume up to 25 in order to hear it and I can leave my LG television volume at 10-12 volume and hear it just fine. I have also had problems with Samsung televisions giving out within 5-6 years of purchase which is extremely fast. I was always a Sony purchaser in the past and they lasted 15+ years.

Nice TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice TV. Picture is clear and 4k is outstanding. Easy to setup. Apps are nice. I have to reset it twice because the colors were wrong when I turned it on. It hasn't done it for awhile know. Maybe because of the hdmi arc.
