overall a very nice tv. smart ui navigation is very sluggish however, and very frustrating. i'm constantly selecting incorrectly due to the ui lag time. picture clarity constantly turns itself off and samsung's only wisdom is to factory reset. did this. same problem. when it works it's golden. screen cast from phone is great. alexa integration is ok.

But we didn't know that we were able to sign into most of our devices through the tv so we didn't need all of the plug ins. Which made us super happy because the side of the tv looks much cleaner than our old tv. The features are user friendly and easy to get set up. The tv helps you set up all of your devices when you first plug it in, which is a bonus. It even can connect to our smart phone and we were able to go down to only using one remote which makes it much easier. This isn't just a normal tv, the additional features makes it stand out from other tv's. We definitely would recommend this for our friends and family to purchase. The majority of apps that I use to stream shows are available on the Samsung smart TV selection. The colors are great and bright, but there are some glares when direct light from a window hits it. The TV connects to my phone with airplay seamlessly and changes inputs very smoothly. I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality. The game mode feature is useful and there is no noticeable lag when playing games online. Some cons I've noticed are that sometimes the tv will begin to flicker, which was very confusing, but after turning it off and back on it goes away. Also, at first the home menu and app selection is a little confusing and hard to navigate, especially when compared to third party smart tv plug ins. The TV remote itself is also a little cluttered and I end up hitting the wrong button when navigating. Having only two HDMI ports is also very limiting and I do have to unplug systems and plug others in when switching. Overall it is a great TV for the size and price range, being able to get all your favorite streaming apps, 4K quality, and impressive sound. I would recommend to anyone looking for a large 4K TV on a budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture on my TV, and the processor is a lot faster than the previous models so I'm able to stream using the smart apps without any delay. The only issue I have with this TV is the construction of the backplane. My TV is mounted to the wall, and the way the back cover is attached to the TV, sometimes it seems as if the TV will peel right off the wall, but I know the bolts are securely attached to the internal frame of the TV and not the back panel.

i bought this tv a month ago, and so far the experience has only been worse day by day. initially for 2 weeks the screen was flickering so much, it would irritate your eyes. then we have been trying to install few basic apps like youtube kids, disney+ and none have been installed. we click install, and the white button "install" goes gray for few seconds and turns white again. no message why this is happening. we haven't installed any new apps, just the ones that come pre-install. some pre-installed apps are really stupid ones -- who watches hgtv from an app and does web browsing on tv? webpages are the worst and you can't even remove these not-for-goof apps. though samsung is a popular product, but these people have never used web-browsing on tv! have to return it back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the picture on this tv but the sound is a little flakey, It sounds kind of like being in a barrel . I really wanted to hook up my older surround sound system but the New tv does not have RCA jacks and my system does not have HDMI or Optical, So I had to buy a convertor to make it work and it sounds ok . . another thing I can't figure out is how to play my recorded programs using the Samsung remote, Maybe I missed something in the setup . It's rea;;y easy to move from direct tv to my Xbox1 and then get on the internet and watch netflix just sit back and chill to some music. Thank you for the great Tv.

i went to a larger screen tv, due to me having a larger living room. setting up this massive tv, was very simple. the only issues i see, is the quality of the picture itself. to me, it's like watching a soap opera, it doesn't have the usual display, meaning it seems the picture is fake. hard to explain. plus, the brightness adjustment isnt more defined. just was expecting better for the size and price.
