this is our 5th samsung tv and happy with this one to! we did have to do a youtube search on why we couldn't get our internet to stay connected so just did the factory reset and working like a charm. will have to buy a sound bar as the location we have this one the sound is not as good as what we would like it to be.

I play warzone and if I just use the tv's sound I can tell if the footsteps are coming from the right or left. On the Roku TV I needed to use headphones.

Picture quality is outstanding in 4K and is a pleasure to watch. Sound quality is decent for such a minimal design. Smart TV features and intuitive and offers a lot of different options. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I held off on buying a big screen TV for my home because I was concerned about how to mount it in front of a build in cabinet. My son came to the rescue with the idea of mounting it on an arm that extends out and tips both up and down. Since my Samsung is light it is easy to maneuver and solved the problem. I only have the basic cable speed, but this TV streams anything with a picture equivalent to the cable IV I used to get. It has great picture quality and many choices. I wish I had bought it years ago!

It's crystal clear color is bright and colorful. As a woman I just needed a simple remote. Easy access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. It has a quick button for each and easy streaming right from my iPhone. I bought a 43 inch 7000 and a 50 inch 8000 now my husband once to get one for his man cave. He loves mine and now see's why I wanted Samsung tv's. I definitely recommend Samsung tv's.

We bought the latest one to replace a previous Samsung Smart TV. The old Samsung is still in use out in the patio under cover to watch games while grilling out. The new Samsung is so much faster and smarter than the previous so their tech has come a long way. The picture is amazing, it is so lifelike that I can see the actor's defects like small scars and acne. Not totally sure if this is a good thing! LOL But seriously the picture is phenomenal and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for a great TV at a great price. Truly a great value for every dollar spent. Thanks Samsung

It's an amazing TV, I just can't really use many "Smart" features because I constantly have to unplug and replug my TV to get the WiFi to work. I'm not the only one with this issue, I just used the wifi on it a lot. And before you say anything, there have been a lot of people with this issue. A few samsung employees claim you guys have been working on a fix, but it's been a long long time since anything ever happened. But, nonetheless, it's an absolutely amazing, and immersive, TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality for this 58' Samsung Crystal UHD TV left us in awe. While watching some videos and/or movies you can feel as though you're right there with them. Also, the set up was seamless and very self explanatory which made getting started on watching shows and movies that much faster. I do enjoy the fact that this TV does not require a plug-in in order to download streaming apps and these apps show at the bottom of the screen when first turning the tv on. To add to the picture quality the built in sound is amazing, although we do have a soundbar the TV does not need the extra sound that comes out of the soundbar. One negative I have encountered is we cannot get the AirPlay to stream properly meaning I can choose a movie or video from my phone but the only thing that shows up is an initial image and sometimes sound but not the actual movie/video. I will play with this aspect more to determine if this is truly something the TV is having trouble with or possibly a setting within my phone.

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.
