Replaced our 14 year old Samsung with this bad boy. I was amazed at the difference in picture quality from our old to this bad boy. I read reviews of folks ripping the sound quality. If you are using a tv for sound rather than external options like sound bars, you aren't that serious about sound. Get yourself a sound bar or sound system! Do not hesitate this tv has great picture quality. Hopefully it lasts as long as our old one. And OMG it weighs 1/3 of the older one and is paper thin! Delivered I damaged and ahead of schedule as well.

I am so happy I found the Samsung Crystal UHD TV! The reviews on this smart television were wonderful including the price point! The color schemes and resolution are out of this world! If it's family movie night, we feel as if we're in an actual theatre! The stereo sound makes you feel as if you're in the show! The smart features are an added bonus and will only add to the ease of use for this spectacular television! Did I mention the remote control? So, so many features without being overwhelming. I can just sit back with remote in hand and let the entertainment begin! In the end, I come back to the brand – Samsung. Samsung never disappoints!

so far i have not even been able to find a remote to use voice controls with. i dont have an alexa or google assistant. i just wanted the smart remote with voice button and it won't connect to it. i've tried calling and everything seems really vague.

My teens love the apps and the ease of use....I love the picture when I'm catching my favorite Chicago teams play. Very nice flesh tones when I'm catching my favorite series as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV in a large living room. The screen size and resolution are great, but reflected light is noticeable. There are some artifacts around characters during high resolution scenes with lots of movement. My biggest gripe is that I cannot adjust the sound delay far enough to get audio synchronized with video. I can only increase audio delay, not video delay. Very frustrating. A software or firmware update could potentially fix this in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the TV for streaming and occasionally for OTA programming. The wireless connection to my home WiFi is good. I like the sound. Even though I have external speakers, many times the TV's sound is better. The picture quality is good and the finish is as expected from a Samsung product. I don't like much The smart TV functions, the menu is not very intuitive and sometimes is slow. The remote control is one of the worst I've ever used. It's cluttered, confusing and the round design of the bottom makes it hard to grab and unstable in flat surfaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a higher end Samsung in my other home. We just needed a basic tv at my camp. I LOVE the Samsung menu of channels for tv without cable. You really don't need a cable box for anything else. Just cable hookup to stream FUBO(for everything Sports), Netflix and Prime. Perfect setup. I'm giving 4-Stars because, apparently, Samsung TVs and Frontier Communications don't communicate wirelessly. So I needed a cable to go TV to router. No one at Samsung could figure it out so I bought a cable and tried that. Works like a charm!

We especiallly love watching some of the older movies on it as many things are now picked up on the larger screen. The TV has worked well with different devices for streaming also and makes even we low-tech folks seem like knowledgeable users!
