Good picture, not great smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality are good. What I expected for this kind of TV. However, the software and smart TV features are frustrating. The UI is very slow to respond to input, and the home menu pops up at inconvenient times. Also, this TV does not have component input, and adapters do not work with it. So for example, you cannot connect a Wii to this TV.

Please try these troubleshooting tips, which should help with the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version, which includes updates to improve lag. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update and then easily update from there if needed. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If your Wii does not have HDMI, to connect your Wii to the Samsung TU7000, you will need a Component to HDMI Converter. When connecting, please make sure you enable Input Signal Plus and Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) on your TV. Anynet+ will control external devices that are connected to your TV with HDMI. Please keep in mind you will not be able to use Anynet+ if this feature is not supported on your receiver. If you need more help with this, please reach out to us, and we can assist you. Awesome TV

Love my TV but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV but I'm really disappointed that it doesn't have the turn on or turn off timer of up to 3 schedules of turn on and turn offs like my old Samsung from 8 years ago. In this you can only set up one off timer and it doesn't always to it unless you set it that day and some times not even.

Great TV with nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great tv. Clear picture and nice sound. We are using the stand that it came with that works fine. Came with Samsung TV which I use often for cartoons for my kids. It's hooked up to internet, you can access streaming services straight from the TV and also smart things which let's me control the TV with my phone. We do a lot of gaming and it's great for that as well.

Great Starter TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been great right out of the box. Initial setup was very simple and quick. Within 10 minutes of it being out of the box wifi and Alexa were set up. The Bluetooth head phones feature was the reason I selected this model and it was also easy to setup and used often with no issues.
