I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

I love the functionality of the menu selections and how I can turn on my cable box from this area. Perfect size and width . I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the market for a new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming It's a nice TV, my 2 complaints are getting it to update, won't do it and it can be a little slow responding to the remote. Great picture, good size, we actually have 2 of the same model. 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom.

We've had this TV less than a week and it's consistently had vertical blue lines on left side of screen. Mostly noticable when video is a darker scene. Lines are like a haze line maybe 12 lines on left side of screen. Is not a major major distraction but for a brand new TV it is very distracting. I expect we will return it to Sam's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaces a 18 year old LG 42". Very average TV viewing, no additional equipment used with it. One issue is an annoying screen reflection due to the position/mounting in my room, that has lots of windows. Screen could have been a more matte finish. Without windows or lamps in the room, there would be no problems.

I've had the tv since 2020 and since then it's probably been connected to the internet about three months and that's not consecutively. Now I have to connect something else to it in order to enjoy the tv. I even put it closer to our wifi box and it still doesn't connect. Not very happy with my purchase. And I was a Samsung fan

The quality is so great and crystal clear! Then my favorite feature is the game mode! I am a big gamer and this tv have such a great crisp and clean picture while gaming! I would only take off half a start but I see that's not an option so with that said, the size is awesome (75), sound is good, picture quality is dope, the features are really nice! Next year I'm buying another Samsung but bigger like 85 and bigger 😎 so the apps are good, plenty to download, my only issue is it tends to lag when browsing through apps and I know it's not really made to browse the internet (Internet browser app included) but that experience still need to be improved
