Great picture, free cable channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crystal UHD 4k is absolutely amazing, and there are a ton of apps to use for convenience. Also the built in Samsung tv app has free movies and cable channels. It was inexpensive, doesn't overheat or burnout, and had a ton of smart features. I also have the added benefit of people not being able to mess with my tv with a Roku remote like many roku-app ran tvs

Great TV with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great inexpensive smart TV for my kiddo. He can access all of the streaming services and I'm able to pin lock and set parental controls. Super easy set-up with my Samsung smart phone. Great buy!!!

Great clarity

Great Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for daily viewing. We are able to view Amazon Prime for our video entertainment. We access our church services using smart view to share from my Samsung Tablet. The color and sound are excellent. This was our first larger TV and really enjoy it.

I just love Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is the best. I've had other brands. Last one was Vizio TV because it was cheap and l needed a bigger TV to watch in my room. I watched 10 to 13 hours of TV because being depressed with anxiety I didn't want do anything else. I bought antenna that picks of for miles and l have internet After my daughter ask me what l wanted for my birthday I told her Samsung 43 inch TV. I can't mount it to TV. Dont know how and nobody wants to help. We found this one and l just love it. Samsung back in early 90's made a small TV had program turn on and turn off. I wished this feature was still available. But with Samsung l can set TV to a laster channel and time. Vizio does not allow that. l still love Samsung. The 4K clarity is amazing compare to other TV. I'm still learning what this TV does. It will take me a while, but that's ok. I don't get surprises anymore. Like UHD, l have no idea so far. When my washing machine tore up. I figure l would spend alot for new one anyways. I am now the owner of Samsung washer. One day l will buy Samsung dryer and other appliances made by Samsung. Take me 15+ years living on only disability and paying a mortgage. This is one of my dreams. Thank you Samsung for slowly making some come true. Sincerely Samsung owner. Its just me and my daughter. Nothing l can upload to help win.

Ok to not good.

The TV is good. Wish it was better at streaming. I would recommend something better to anyone looking for a good quality reliable TV. I have a technician coming to look to see why I can't stream. it is definitely the TV that's the problem, not the internet or streaming service. May upgrade to something better if I can't solve the issue.

Great Tv, except for a few things..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me just say I love Samsung products, My Galaxy phone, my Tablets, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, my Ear Buds, and my Tv. I bought my 2020 version series 7 Crystal UHD 55 inche. I love my TV!! The picture quality is great and the smart features are great.. What I don't like and wish Samsung didn't lock in the pre-installed apps, half the pre-installed apps I don't even use and never would use and there is no way to uninstall them, they take up all the memory to where you have no memory to install app that you actually use.. That needs to change not a good move on your part Samsung..

Too many issues

i have problems every day with the remote not responding. i always have to go unolug the tv and plug it back in to work. this happens with tv remitted and the cable box remote. also if sometimes it doesnt even recognize the device plugged into the hdmi ports. it is so frustrating. i bought this at christmas, updated the software several times, and still have these issues. i night this samsung because i had such a good experience with my first, but this has been horrible.

Chuck: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. I am glad to hear that you have already updated your software to the latest version. In addition to that, you may want to the self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. To troubleshoot your HDMI connection, please try the following: 1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV 2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV 3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet 4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds 5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV 6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV. Samsung tv
