Good picture, bad experience

setup is terrible. took way too long compared to other tv's. synced with my phone account through samsung without me knowing, eventually the account became disabled and created problems with my phone. finally everything just started to work again after an hour - i did nothing to correct it. remote is clunky and has serious lag time. will cause you frustration for sure by selecting the wrong channels because of it. lastly, the tv froze. picture freezing i could understand. simple reboot and done. not this one. made a serious techno noise that kept going for at least a minute. had to unplug it as remote wouldn't stop it. going back to store as i've only had it less than a week. yikes. cannot recommend.

One remote does not work

the pucture quality is great but the one remote does not work well. it was able to connect and find my cable company and then all of a sudden it dropped out. now i have to use both the cable and the tv remote to work the tv. i'm also not a fan of the interface of the tv. the operating systems is very confusing and not user friendly at all. ive tried to resest the whold system and start from scratch and it still wont work. i also dont like how evertime i hit the guid button it goes to samsungtv.

Great Entry 4k TV

Love the features of this TV for the price point. 4k content looks great and having it wired up with ethernet makes streaming in 4k seamless and loading times are very low. Never seem to run into buffer issues. Love my TV

Loving the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I would buy a Samsung TV but I took a chance when I saw this one, as I needed one for our living room. Its been better than expected with awesome features on this TV. It not only has a neat feature called Samsung Plus TV (free channels) which without having a cable box in the living room works awesome!!! Plus it has Apple TV app built it which was a major plus!! This TV has beautiful color and I like it better than the other TV's I have in my house. Might need to update them all after getting this one.

I love this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I am able to watch 4K movies from Amazon prime and Netflix and the quality and visual are amazing. Gaming is so awesome, I feel like am in the game sometimes. Bluetooth connection is so sweet, I can listen to my shows in piece.

Great!!

Samsung 65"

The TV has worked great without any issues. The screen size is the perfect size for our family room. While we frequently use cable with the voice remote the apps from Samsung were easy to setup and very convenient.

Smart TV with clear screen and internet features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching shows taped on DVR. Also, I exercise from You Tube videos on the screen. It is a little hard to fast forward using the remote when I am using You Tube, so still learning there. If there is a show I want to watch using the internet, it is really easy as they show up in the menu. At times, it is difficult to use with ATT Uverse as Uverse is slow loading the program. Also, the screen was a little dark on some shows. There is a feature to get help on the main screen. That is very effective!

A Nice, but Mostly Average Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for a spare living room and while it was much cheaper than the broken (our fault) 2017 65” Q7F it replaced, it's picture quality is pretty good in comparison. The clarity surprised me. Surely, it's not going to be at the top of any lists, but it's not the worst I've seen. The only thing that actually frustrates me is the Tizen OS. When it's actually working, it's finicky and simple tasks like navigating through the SmartHub can take several seconds. Luckily, that can be fixed with an external smart device. I'd purchase another for a spare room, but I wouldn't buy one as a primary set. I love our 2020 85” Q80T for that.
