Great TV! The curved screen helped glare!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart TV was responsive, had numerous features and capabilities, it connected well with screen mirroring, and it had lots of built in apps available. It was the nicest TV I had ever purchased or owned! Delete: Then my ex's boyfriend stole it and numerous other items from my house. At the dissolution hearing she claimed it broke as soon as they got it to their new house. Please Samsung; gift me with a new TV! I don't own one anymore.

So clear I can see future

I had to squint ever so slightly to see my "not samsung" other TV and it would give me headaches. This picture is so clear and crisp I can see the future !!! SMART Smart TV

What I have found to be equally valuable is the attention that went into the SMART interface. It's a time saver once you get the hang of it. For instance - Over the air and the Samsung TV (free streaming service) are combined in one menu. That's uncommonly good at any price.

Perfect TV, great investment

I was able to get rid of my cable with the access to all this tv provides. The screen is very clear and it has one remote that is easy to use. I am already looking into buying another for my other room!

VIEWING AT ITS BEST

Software issues

i was so excited to upgrade my tv from an older samsung 55 inch to this new 65 inch uhd model. it works well and the picture is great and it even plays disney plus as the old one did not. however, everyday i have to reset the network settings and then reenter my wifi password or none of the smart hib apps will connect. for some reason it loses the connection to wifi and forgets the password. i try reconnecting butnitnwont until i do a network settings reset. so frustrating.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Seamless connection with Samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed this smart TV experience as it has made communication with the TV seamless. With a Samsung phone and smart things, I appreciate the level of control provided by the Samsung TV experience, without having to download extra services or plug in smart TV device. The TV has ample space to download and run all of my subscription services, and smart things makes controlling the TV and switching between services much faster. My only wish is that the remote experience was closer to that of a normal TV remote because I do not use the swipe gestures. Final thought: turning off my TV from my Galaxy watch when I am ready to turn in makes this my favorite TV in my house.

picture

this tv has a really good picture , was easy to set up and i don't really have any issues so far .the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was i didn't like the legs being so far apart. i don't want to buy another tv stand. i only had this tv for a week so i will see.

This TV has been the best one to date by far
