The picture is perfect and is great watching in the light and the dark. Great colors and black undertone for the best gaming and movie watching experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung products for about 15 years now, and have switched most of my A/V equipment over to the brand. This TV was very well priced for the picture quality and size. Despite having a mother board issue - which was fixed for free by Samsung qualified technicians in my home - this has been the best TV I've owned in the last 15 years. The on board apps make streaming a breeze - and I've never had lag, picture quality issues or otherwise. The on board speakers are a bit weak, but that's where the soundbar comes in the play. No other complaints. All around fantastic product!

I love that you can do it all from your phone and even better you can use your phone to turn on and off the tv which works great for me because I have a terrible habit of loosing the remote... the picture is amazing and the game mode really brings my video games to life. This tv is perfect if you want something easy and smart it's great for movies tv and gaming I would highly recommend it to all my friends and would buy another one when needed.

The only problem I have is that it's pretty hard to see dark scenes on it. This could just be user error but I tried turning up the brightness and it didn't help. Other than that I love my TV and love that I can connect my smasung account to it!

The picture quality is amazing! It is user friendly once you get used to all the features. There are numerous options for customizing the sound and picture to your liking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a impulse purchase, that I was forced to sneak in to replace my older tv that was another name brand but similar specs. Had it swapped out and setup before the wife arrived home from work. Like most wives, mine doesn't pay attention to specs, features and rarely agrees that the price is worth the resolution being offered. I was sure that it would take her a while to notice as it was only a few inches from the older tv from 75” to 82” made it fit perfectly on our mantle with no real noticeable difference in the presentation. We went through our normal end of day talk, sharing things that had happened in our day and having the tv on in the background until one of our preferred program started. We get through the evening with me trying to notice if she's seeing anything different, she's asks about halfway through the last show “did you do something to the tv, it seems brighter or clearer” and I simply replied, “well I changed out some cables and adjusted some settings but didn't think you would notice” she then just went back to watching and upon going to bed, she just stared at the tv for a second or two. At this point I was sure I had almost gotten away with it, and would have time to get rid of the boxes and set the older tv up in the guest room making this a successful mission. The next morning was Saturday and the start of the weekend, we are watching a sporting event and she made another comment “This is not the same tv, you got a new tv didn't you?” I didn't die!

The only thing I'm docking a star for is the fact that I felt a little mislead about the TV featuring the new Samsung Health app. It appears it's only on the more expensive version of this tv. Other than that, I can stream my workout from my iFit elliptical via casting, it has all of the streaming apps I use. The sound is surprising coming from those little speakers too! Overall the quality of the screen is outstanding for what your getting. Doesn't feel low end at all.

i did not give it all 5 stars because trying to use the smart tv function through connection to the internet makes it complicated and slow to access what is far easier to watch by connecting it by hdmi to a laptop. just use one hdmi for the laptop and one hdmi for a video disc player, and the internal tuner built into the tv by connecting it to an over the air tv antenna on a tower and you will have everything you need. do not connect it to your internet account because it is hard to get rid of the mess it makes out of turning it on to watch a tv show or to choose an hdmi. keep it simple and leave these extras out of your installation for the best picture you can find anywhere.
