the sound on this tv is absolutley terrible. dont buy it. this is why they want and push the sound bars. brands like visio etc have better sound volume wise. i own a lot if different brands on tv amd this was my first samsaung and im very disappointed.

The picture's ultra high definition is so crisp, it allows one to read the small print often displayed on TV Advertisements. Its great for watching live sporting events and current movies. Sound is also great with its internal speakers. The picture and sound are so good, that I wonder how anyone can improve on it with a much more expensive TV.Access to remote streaming is very intuitive. Any apps not already installed (there aren't many) are easily found using the search function. I appreciate being able to order the position of frequently used apps so they appear first when opening the menu.Connecting to WIFI is easy, and works well, although I view most of my content using a direct HMDI connection with a broadband Cable TV provider.In short, I find this a wonderful TV experience and can recommend the Samsung line of TVs to anyone.

apparently at 56 years of age i've never really owned a television. at least this one makes me feel that way. we finally traded in our old (but at the time, very expensive) dlp television because we got tired of replacing bulbs and it was omitting a constant buzzing sound. sure it was huge and had great color, but this...we plugged in our new crystal tv and were blown away! the picture was so clear, i felt like we were watching live tv! even old sit-coms came to life and looked theater quality. i wish we had replaced our old one years ago. now we have to rewatch all of our epic movies again on this electronic marvel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today's TV market is saturated with quality video quality tvs and the SamSung TU7000 doesn't disappoint when it comes to picture. Just like so many sets that have their own technology to smooth out fast moving pictures from looking blurry that effect is un-natural to me so I always disable it. The description of it and how to get to it within the setting is not very fort coming but if you are using to removing it like myself it will be easy to find. The design is amazing its very light way so easy to hang on a wall or entertainment center mount. The picture spans from 1 edge to another. The frame is so thin its barley noticeable. The picture is definitely the star of the show. 2 items caused me to subtract 1 star. The Navigation/Select/Power Button. Yes Button. there is 1 button to cycle through menus so if you pass you go all the way around then to make selection you have to hold it in. So when you first select the button the menu comes up then you cycle around to power and hold it down. If you miss press it will go to next menu and you will have to cycle through back to power. This time making sure to HOLD it down. Not great sorry samsung I know you are saving space, but buttons on the side or back by connections would be much better and easier to navigate when you can't find your remote after your kids got through with using the tv. Next comes the UI. Its pretty straight forward, but it definitely has some hesitation. That you can sort of live with most settop boxes have the same lag, but when are highlighted on an App you can only tell its highlighted because it blows up the icon. This enlarged icon view is very subtle and easy to miss especially for those in my family who need glasses. Not hard of sight friendly. Once you get your app. Tips I would recommend. Use a contrasting color board to show which app you are highlighted on. Improved UI speed (add RAM if necessary). Add a 3rd HDMI. We have 2 gaming consoles and a Media Player. Yes we have to use the media player because of an app that streams our local news not available within Samsung's App Store. Finally I don't get why its a 58inch versus adding a full 60 it feels like they would save more money when making 1 standard 60" model versus 58 and 60. I'm sure its to save money for consumer which is a great plus. Great HD 4K picture and for that reason alone I will recommend it.

For the size of my TV, it performs like a big screen. picture, sound and clarity is spectacular. I have been a Samsung TVs for more than 20 years and every time I change a TV in my house, it is better and technology used on them it is the utmost. Best part it is a minimum of 10 years that i keep my TVs. Thank you Samsung for such a quality and performance

this tv met my requirement to keep clarity and color when sitting off center. unfortunately, that is where it ends. the sound and video go out of sync for no reason. i am not using a sound bar but rather the tv speakers. this tv also has horrible sound where no matter what you do, the sound rises and falls on the same channel or different channels or different sources. i have done everything possible to get this to stop and it won't. just sitting watching something and it could switch to a commercial and bam, the sound gets loud. i changed and reset the sound settings until i'm blue in the face and nothing has fixed this. don't buy this tv. i am sorry i did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and clarity of the tv. It looks amazing in my room. I was able to download most of my streaming apps into the tv. The only thing I'd say is, that there have been a few times where I turned on the tv and it was pixelated, and the colors were wrong. I wasn't able to fix it until the I unplugged the tv and re-plugged it in. Speaking of soundbar, I wanted to connect my Philip's one, but there is no plug in for it on the tv which is a little disappointing. Other than that..the TV is pretty awesome!

Just purchased 2 58"Samsung TV's the picture is great excellent quality ,however the sound -volume is poor and that is a big disappointment. When one buys a TV from the store one only sees the picture and one only finds out that the sound is not very good after the unit is installed and all the packing /box has been thrown out so there is no way to return the unit. Hard lesson to learn after the purchase. Picture is great but the volume is poor. LG does not have that problem.

Watching soccer on it is amazing and I love the sound and picture quality. Generally I think it's a great TV to have because no matter where am sitting, I still get to see everything crisp and clearly.

I use these features all the time, as a matter of fact I am using the internet right now to write this review. Not only is this tv packed with features, it allows for the connection of external devices to make using this tv even easier. I connect my MX Keys keyboard, mouse, and many other devices to my tv all the time. I am using my keyboard and mouse now to write this review. This TV is so versatile, with the ability to adjust the picture according to what you are watching, to adjusting the equalizer for the internal speakers to get the best sound possible. Speaking of sound, this TV is also bluetooth capable so you can also connect your favorite headset, earbuds, or headphones and watch what you want to w/out disturbing anyone in the house. This feature is one of the many reasons why I picked this TV. There isn't enought room to write a review that would cover all the features and options this TV has and offers. If you buy this TV you won't be dissappointed, I know I'm not. I also want to say, with having a ROKU device already and already having it up and running I didn't think I would use the streaming features on this TV, but it was super easy to set up and I was wrong, with the push of a button, I am watching the Weather Channel, or switch, and I am watching Netflix. Like I said, I am very very impressed with this TV, and it's features.
