What a deal and the tv is fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv.... very easy to work and picture is so clear. My couch sits about 10-12 feet from the tv and it's just perfect. Controller is very easy to work . But I am having trouble with my firestick. Sometimes the app is there and sometimes it's not. But as long as I can get to it I'm ok because the picture is worth it. It might be something I'm overlooking. But for the price this is the best deal around. The color is great, i do have a surround sound that's hooked up to it but it's about eight years old. It's so easy to work, and for this old lady who's not necessarily tech savvy... this is perfect. Go get one or two... you won't be disappointed

This Smart TV is the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is excellent and makes scenes feel as if they are in your living room. The sound quality is crystal clear and I don't have to be in the room to hear. Each time a new device is added to our television it automatically tries to pair which makes the process easier for me. Also the built in apps make life that much easier. Finally the price was affordable and well worth it.

Sound issues. Remote is lacking.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

If your TV volume is too low, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Regarding connecting your Soundbar via Bluetooth, please make sure that the TV speaker is set to the Soundbar. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. Great TV with slightly laggy UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV for the price. I have several TVs at home ranging from lower end "cheap" models to very high end models. This TV is a great happy middle. It provides good screen quality with good definition. Smart features are great with endless apps available and if there isn't an app, you can always cast it from your phone. The only reason I've given this 4 stars is because the User Interface can be laggy at times.

Like the TV but a problem

Unbelievable Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always went for the cheaper TV sets. I went ahead and spent the extra money (It really wasn't much more) for this tv. I have been so impressed with the picture clarity and depth. I actually am kicking myself for never getting one of these before. I have re-watched older movies because I couldn't believe how much I was missing. Very satisfied customer!

Great Picture

difficulty in setting up hbomax app .. not already loaded like the netflix, hulu, vudu, tubi, or internet browser. at&t technicians do not know what to do. finally got hold of samsung support through text chat. he walked me through samsung tv settings and following his instructions finally got hbomax app loaded. they should automatically load hbomax app like other apps or put in a large flyer with step by step instructions how to load the hbomax app.

Be aware that YouTube TV is problematic

Bought two of these….43 and 55 inch. But YouTube freezes up on both. It appears the Samsung doesn't work well with YouTube. I bought these 30 days ago. So now I have no idea what I am going to do. Watching tv and having it freeze up is so frustrating. Did all the troubleshooting with YouTube. It is the tv.

Love it! Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv so much. At first I couldn't figure out how to enable 4K on my gaming system but figured it out. Gaming looks crisp and amazing on this tv and Netflix, Hulu, and prime all look amazing as well. I honestly haven't had any problems with it and I feel like it will last a long time. The included tv feet were amazing and I didn't have to use screws or anything to put them in the tv. I love how it always enables game mode automatically. The smart tv options are great as well. I don't have any problems with input lag either. I love this tv so much.

Solid product

I use this product for 5 to 6 hours a day and have not encountered any issues. I'd recommend this product to anyone searching for a new television
